I would like user to create listing and put in location, location to show on the listing without making use of the maps feature, I don’t want to use google api for maps at all as it can be costly. What to do?
Also on the search, for locations, any way to set the locations a user can select, and a user can use when posting? I’m using classified ad just for a view towns (5 locations) so I’m trying to limit the location the user can select on the front end and back end when posting an ad.
Hi there, first of all about map. It’s free if you have no more than 100k requests per month. To activate Google maps you have to verify using your credit card. The second, you can use theme without map. You have to hide location fields and map. Also you can use Regions plugin where you can add some locations and user will select from your list

hi there. this Theme was recommended to me some time ago by a developer and it looked really great. i am now revisiting the idea.
1. like most (?) people here. i want to use for directories by subject eg Travel,
2. and for Classified Ads (paid), again by Type eg Cars/Bikes/Trablation/Babysitting etc
3. and a virtual Shopping Mall with ads for different off-site shops (these would have no ecommerce function – just information and link). this be best if it was by Type too eg Taravel/Legal/Electrical, etc
4 somewhere i already have PaidMembersip pro. do i need a separate membership plugin at all? can that be used?
5. how do i best subdivide everything eg Classified by Location, ie Town/City?
6. i want both a ‘forum’ eg like user-based FAQ, and a ‘community’ discussion functions. i was planning to use BuddyPress+Yousify for community discussion function, and bbPress or somthing for a fully threaded forum
is any of this a problem to implement? do you have any other helpful comments and suggestions?
Hi there. If you want universal directory, you have to see Classified demo. You can use Paid and freee Listings. We provide Sumo Membership plugin. You can hide some pages, for example, Single Listings pages and only verified members can see them. About Towns. We have regions plugin and you can create cities or regions. About Forum. You can install any forum plugin. Maybe you need to add some extra css for better styling, but I’m sure that all functionality will be available with our theme.
for the record, it seems like a fantastic app based on description. i hope and trust that it is just as great to use 
ok. another functional clarification. what is the difference between Membership and Subscriptions? what is most functional way to set-up normal Members, and something else for peopel who just want to have Classified Ad or Display Ad (in virtual Shopping Mall)?

Pre-sale: 1. Does this theme support open street maps? if not are there any plans to integrate? 2. Does this theme allow me to create the following: Create a travel directory, real estate directory, jobs directory, classifieds directory, all under a single install? 3. How does memberships work? Can I have memberships linked to different channels? So if I create separate Travel, Classifieds, Real Estate, Business, & Jobs channels am I able to create a membership for each or are memberships based on number of postings?

Each demo has different layout and fields. I saw several customers how made several directories using subdomains. 3. You have 2 options for monitization: a) you get money for paid listing submissions. You can provide free or paid options. For paid you can provide Featured listing option. b) you can adjust members plugin for paid access listing details pages. Customers have to pay for opening some pages. About updates. Theme uses plugins from our server repository. I update plugins without theme update from inside of theme

- Nice theme … it seems fast enough despite not being optimized (according to GTMetrix) which means I can fully optimize it and score well for desktop / mobile (Core Web Vitals) since I do a ton of performance optimization.
- I might buy your theme.
- That said, when looking at your demo of a listing at https://velikorodnov.com/wordpress/knowhere/demo2/listings/sarajevo-84/ I notice that as you scroll down the sticky header follows you (of course), but the hamburger navigation’s links aren’t in view … you have to scroll back up.
- Since your theme shows compatibility with WPBakery, I will assume I can override headers and footers with my own by using the Smart Sections plugin (here on Code Canyon) which I use exclusively when building WordPress websites along with the Susty theme.
- That said, if compatibility truly does exist with WPBakery, and thus Smart Sections, I would likely replace your hamburger navigation with my own with the use of BNE Panels (formerly called Flyouts here on Code Canyon) from https://www.bnecreative.com/products/panels/.
- Thoughts? Will Smart Sections work to override your theme’s header/footer, etc?

1. I’m trying to create a website where users will be able to post noncommercial ads. Normally a contact button appears under each add that allows another user to send a message directly to the author of the ad. Is it possible to change this so that a message or an alert is sent to the owner of the website instead? We want to avoid user to user interaction, the website owner will take care of everything. We only need a button that will notify the website owner that someone is interested in a given ad.
2. Could you also confirm that the listing forms are totally editable e.g. remove the map from the location etc.?
3. Is it possible to create a new or edit Ad Types?
