Since no one is replying to my complain, i will leave this here, perhaps i will get quick response. Bought the theme on Nov 20, 2021 and I installed it on my newly created WordPress website, I have unlimited errors from the theme after downloading. I am getting critical issues in widget area, slider revolution and product images are not showing on my website. Plug-ins are not updated and tons of critical errors following each other. Have to deactivate the slider revolution to work on my website but critical error has popped up in widgets now. Its a good theme, but how can i even work with it if i’m having tons of errors. Please can I have a direct email address of the support team member to resolve the issues quickly? As till this date, I am really disappointed. This theme cost me $75+ including VAT, bringing the price to $90+ and I have never used it!

In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please note that we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
Bundled plugins like Slider Revolution and WPBakery do get updated with the theme, however you can always submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will provide you with latest plugin versions.

Regarding the issues you have with widgets, please understand that the latest version of WP came out just a few days ago, we are working on adding compatibility for that version as well. By then install and activate Classic Widgets plugin.

Hello, after update to latest version of WP, theme generated fatal error after go to widgets. I suspect this is due to the addition of support for gutenberg blocks in widgets in the latest WP version.
Please adapt the template to the latest requirements

I purchased the theme earlier in the year and have only just come to use it and now my hosting company is saying that the theme is broken and I need to change it. I have a purchase code but it’s expired, so I can’t access support. I am really disappointed. This theme cost me $70+ as well as VAT, bringing the price to $90+ and I have never used it!

Hello, I’m not sure whether an issue has occurred since then but my hosting company (and I have seen for myself) on my Wordpress admin messages that the theme is currently no longer compatible with widgets. So I can do everything on the site as normal but I cannot use widgets? I have sent you an email.

It is compatible but please read this article here as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. Hi does this theme allow for alternative image of the products to appear in the “Shop” page when you hover over the individual products? Right now in the demos I see when you hover over products in the shop pages the “Add to cart” option comes up, but can it be customized to allow for different view/product shot of the item to appear when you hover over the individual product before clicking to see the item in its individual product page?
