I’m considering buying this theme, but I’m noticing it doesn’t say support for Woocommerce 9.x – Is that correct? I’m on 9.7.1

I am experiencing a serious issue with the theme. When I try to edit a Header in UAE > Header and Footer Builder, Elementor doesn’t load, and the console shows the error: Uncaught ReferenceError: elementorV2 is not defined.
Everything (WordPress, theme, and plugins) is fully updated to the latest versions. This is clearly a compatibility issue caused by the theme or its integration with Elementor.
I do not intend to renew support to fix a problem that is not on my end. I expect a resolution or an update to address this.

Thank you for your response. I have already updated everything: WordPress, the theme, and all plugins, including UAE and Elementor, to their latest versions.
Unfortunately, the issue persists. The only way to make it work was to roll back to an older version of UAE and Elementor.
This clearly indicates a compatibility problem between the theme and the latest plugin versions. Please address this issue in your next update.

I noticed the theme was updated last week and now our website isn’t loading correctly. I need to update the theme. I have the latest version downloaded but unsure as to the process. I cannot open a support ticket as the support has expired. I just would like to know the process to update the theme. (currently running the child theme version)

Urgent! Yesterday I updated the template from version 1.1.5 to the latest version 1.1.6, using the Envato Market plugin. Everything seemed to be going correctly, but soon the store’s customers contacted me with a problem, and I actually noticed it on my own: the canvas cart is empty, without products and without a checkout button! If I access the cart directly, the products are there correctly, but not on the canvas cart! And customers are not able to close purchases.

Now I don’t know if it was the template update that caused this, since I restored version 1.1.5 (in a copy of the site) and the problem continues, the canvas cart is completely empty… what could it be?
I found out! The incompatibility happens with the latest version of Elementor Pro (1.12.0). I had to go back to a previous version of Elementor Pro (1.11.4), and it fixed it. I think they will have to revise the template to be compatible.

Really cool work, I had just a little problem..
I migrated form localhost to server and Elementor does not worlk anymore.. It is stuck on loading
I deactivate all plugins, updated all of them and change theme. The last one was the good one. Elementor worked again perfecty when I chose another theme.
What should I do ? My client is waiting for his website online

THIS THEME IS NOT THOROUGHLY DOCUMENTED. I SPENT MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS TRYING TO FIX LITTLE ISSUES. PLEASE HELP! I’m knee deep into the theme, I put a lot of energy into getting to look as beautiful as possible, but I really want to start putting focus on other areas of my business not and not be so wrapped up in this. Overall the concept of the design is beautiful and professional looking, but it is not documented or the documenation is not up to date.
