Hi team i have a big presales question.
I am looking for a solution to develop a portal similar to AirBnb where: 1) Customers and Owners can send messages on the platform (and maybe even have the availability and costs in real time).
2) A fundamental thing must be a higher ADMIN level that can see all the messages exchanged on the platform in order to control what happens.
3) In this way to be able to charge only a success fee to the owner at the conclusion of the rent.
Is it possible with your theme?
Can I directly send the prerequisites to your development email?
Can I have access to a demo of your thema to test these needs of mine in a few days?

These are unique requirements and are not available by default. However, you can use a third-party plugin to allow users to send messages to each other.
Regarding the trials, admin trials are not available at this time.

When placing the properties without a price (at the moment the properties go without a price) the styles of the search form are totally damaged. If I put a price on a property, it’s fixed. Is there any way to solve that the search form looks good without having to place prices on the properties?

You can’t have both Vacations Rental and other features active on your website. Vacations Rental has an entirely different business logic than the other features, so it disables some additional features if activated.
If you want to have both, we recommend creating another website on a sub-domain as we allow it and installing vacation rental there. For example, you can have your main website with all types of properties at https://yourdomain.com and vacation rental at https://booking.yourdomain.com.

Hi, I updated the theme recently and now the search functionality has stopped working. http://studentpropertieshq.co.uk/property-search/
None of the options bring up any properties but there are 150 properties with different bedrooms and locations.

Please merge REAL ESTATE and VACATION RENTALS section together.
Can you please make an option to show availability calendar, online booking and contact owner form based on property type basis. Like we have a real estate business, we created a website using modern demo for real estate but we do have vacation rentals now we separated those by creating property type, FOR RENT, FOR SALE but we are not able to show availability calendar and online booking option and booking inquiry form. We need this and this is important for many of us who do both real estate and vacation rentals.
Please do in your next theme update asap.
BTW I love your theme, it’s beautiful and very user friendly.

You can also add those states or any big number of properties data from an XML or CSV document using the WP All Import plugin.

Yes, they are, but how do I get there from wordpress, I do not see options to do it. The sub-domain will be on the same website? because it if the vacation rentals functions are active I cannot use the real estate functions.

You can find the file from WordPress Theme File Editor at [ Dashbard → Appearance → Theme Editor ]. From there you can find the files, and for plugins navigate to [ Dashboard → Plugins → Plugin Editor ].

Good morning, I love your theme, the question is if there is any formula to be able to customize the sheet that is printed from a property, example Within a property I have the print button, in this option I save as PDF, and there is a format where the title, price, photo and description appear, it could be customized so that it appears without the logo, and the format can be changed, I don’t know if that option is available somewhere in the theme or do you know a plugin with which to do it, thanks

Pre-sale question. Theme look great. We wanna use it to make a membershim listing portal, i wanna know can i offer a plan for new partners and set different packages. example basic package can add 1 example house, no social media, no web etc. Package 2 can have more options and package 3 will have more options. if so this is amazing for me
