Hi! I have just updated to Kalles 3.1.1. I did everything how it was advised on the instruction page (there is one how to update theme). I have migrated all json files, but when I published the theme, it turned out that apps I have installed don’t work anymore. Why could this happen? I am using customer loyalty and product labels&badges app and they stopped working. If I switch to the old theme back, everything works again.
Hi, because these apps added integration scripts to the old version, when you upload the new version those codes are no longer available. Please contact the app’s author, they will help you to properly re-add them, you can also ask them to send the integration code snippets and where to add those codes so that you can update them yourself in the future.
Is it possible to sort collection by date on the home page? We want to show the newest added products.

we’ve been at it since version 1.4.1 and we’re still excited about what Kalles has to offer
Sorry to say that, but as with the theme change from 1.54 to the higher versions (see comment, a year ago at Fritz44, on Themeforest) it doesn’t work with the custom label colors.
Up to version 2.71 I solved the problem myself. As of version 3.0, the problem with custom label colors is back.
The label colors were created using the config-color 1.1 subtheme. In the generated CSS code are also the correct color values (see screenshot below).
However, the custom label colors will be overridden by the color defined for the SALE label. As an example, we have set blue and green here.
Of course, the appropriate settings for custom CSS code … are also set.
Please check the error and fix it – or is there a setting I haven’t noticed yet?

I don’t think it needs a special support ticket It seems to be a fundamental error of the theme.
It was still error-free in 2.71 (see screenshots)
I’ve documented it sufficiently for your troubleshooting.
The SALE-LABEL value overrides the custom LABEL COLORS. (please check the sreenshots)
Since then, no theme-influencing apps have been added.
If it works for you without errors, let me know here. Then I have to search the code myself.

Hello, my support has expired although I paid for support at the beginning but never used it. I am hoping I could get a little bit of help on how to improve my site speed. Hello i bought 2 days ago a Kalles theme V3.1 and it refuse to upload on shopify and it give me a code ( zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid” ) and i coulden’t finde the solution for this version.
Please be informed that you should not upload the whole archive you downloaded from Themeforest, as you will get that error. Instead locate the zip file inside the main archive you downloaded then upload it. Thank you!
