1) For your first query, to reduce the gap between the product image and product name we added some CSS code in Additional CSS navigate to Appearance > Additional CSS.
In the future, you want to edit you can edit added screenshot for your reference.

2) For product name size and font capitalization we updated the CSS. Kindly check the below screenshot.

3) For your image duplicate vertically, the template image size is 750×1000 please refer to the below added screenshot. For the first image (screenshot: 1), it has the exact image size but the second image (screenshot: 2) doesn’t have proper width and height so kindly, check and change the resolution for the images.

4) To edit the product description, we have two different options to edit the product description. Kindly, find the below details,

the video you sent me about adding new product don’t make sense. i should not have to edit products on elementor every time i want to add a new product.
new products should be added from Dashboard-Products-New product and publish. i can’t edit on elementor every time for every product i add.
i have another site using elementor and we do not have to edit every single product on elementor to add it.

i found the plugin that was preventing me from scrolling up and down in elementor editing. it was (DesignThemes Portfolio plugin).
now please fix the Add product issue new products should be added from Dashboard-Products-New product, and publish. i can’t edit on elementor every time for every product i add.

Regarding the product creation, we have installed a plugin “Duplicate Pages” and now you will have an option in the product section to duplicate a product as shown in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/26mrzw4 Once you click that link, the same product will be created a duplicate in draft status. Now you can just edit the title, description, and images.
