So, it seems that there is some third party Plugin confliction on your Site. Try to first deactivate all the third party Plugins on your Site and then check back the issue again. I am also having a similar issue mentioned previously in the comment for woocommerce compatibility that is the outdated version, riode/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 3.5.5 is out of date. The core version is 6.1.0. However, the website works perfectly fine with this compatibility issue. I just fixed it by changing version number 3.5.5 mentioned in that template(riode/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php) to version 6.1.0 and the compatibility issue is gone. The author needs to update that template file with updated version information.

It seems you are using the older version of the theme, because we have already updated the theme and the updated version is fully compaitable with the latest version of the WooCommerce and there is no temaplte which is outdated, you can check the changelog here: https://themeforest.net/item/riode-multipurpose-woocommerce-theme/30616619#item-description__changelog and please try to update the theme and plugins and it will solve your issue.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 06/09/2021. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I am not stupid enough not to update the theme when I saw the compatibility issue. My WordPress is setup auto-updating and purchase code is also installed. The version I am using is 1.4.3. I don’t think I need a extended support as I never need a support for 6 months of period. I am all good and I believe in future updates it won’t break my website. You should check a repo file from where it get automatically updates to see if there is outdated files or not.

Hello guys, I have a problem with the load more product button. I use the Bookings and Appointments plugin from PluginHive (our website only allow renting products). Page builded with Elementor.
All the products shown AFTER clicking the “load more” button on a product category page got a price of 0. It seems that the loaded products catch the “_price” field but I need them to catch the “_phive_booking_pricing_cost_per_unit” field.
All the first loaded products got the renting price nicely formatted, just the one that are loaded after clicking got the problem…
Can you tell me which file I have to override please ?
By the way, I have the same question for the quickview button…

Sorry for the inconvenience but this is a third party plugin conflict. Although, the Theme file location for the Load More is as follows:
wp-content/themes/riode/inc/general_function.php (Line Number: 484)
You can customize it according to your choice.
For the Quickview, it’s hard to exactly depict the Theme file location because it is coming from multiple files.
Though you can search for Theme files location by going to the wp-content/riode/languages/riode.pot file > open it in any Editor > there search for the words you want > and you’ll get their Theme file location as well.

If you are getting admin-ajax.php Errors on your Site regarding the Login Popup on your Site Console, then please try to reupdate your Theme by following the below method, it will eventually resolve your issue:
1. Install WP File Manager plugin.
2. Rename your current Parent Theme to something like riode_old.
3. Then go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > there upload the Riode Theme 1.4.3 rar using Upload Theme option.
4. Then in the same Appearance > Themes, delete your old Riode Theme which you recently named riode_old and activate the new one and you are good to go. The Login Popup will appear fine.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but your mentioned both queries requires Customization to achieve what you want because:
1. In the Mobile Menu wrapper, it is the default behavior that the Sub Menu Items are opened by clicking on the arrow present there that can be changed through Theme Options.
2. The Sidebar is closed by clicking on the Close button showing there. It is also the default functionality of the Sidebar in Riode Theme which can’t be changed through Theme Options.

I’ve tried to update the Riode Core many times (I’ve just updated to the new theme version this morning) but this was happening before as well. Every time I try to update the plugin it fails and I get the error “already_used” Any help is appreciated.
