It’s been 4 months and still no update—have you given up on this theme? When exactly will the Element Pro Pack plugin be updated? There can’t possibly be this many tests run for compatability. I need this updated ASAP. They are on version 6.3.0 now and we still have version 6.0.7—seriously if you are including a plugin you must maintain the updates.
My Friend the last update of Phlox was 23 may, and right now we are working on our next update which will be released by the end of next week. And for the bundle plugin of Element pack, the latest version of this plugin on the Market is 6.2, I think the author does not upload the latest version on Codecanyon yet.
By the way you can update to the version 6.2 of Element pack now on your Phlox Dashboard.

I have been a wordpress professional for over 10 years. I have knowledge and experience. This PHLOX theme does not work properly and has errors that will require a lot of work and time. It’s not fair that I have to pay for a problem theme. It’s not fair for me to waste time on this theme while there are other themes that work right away. I bought it to use and see if it was a theme that would help me, but it’s not. It doesn’t work right, it has defects that I don’t have time to fix. I prefer to buy using a theme like avada that doesn’t give errors.

At the moment there are many, and i need to open 1000.. tabs to check all, which is a bit complicated.

This product is a waste of money. Don’t buy it. Nothing looks to work with the new wordpress. Importing demo sites or template kits work. It freezes when you try to export them. A waste of time and money, I will ask for a refund.

Hi, I know I’ve asked this almost a year ago, but will there be any plan on making cart/checkout more user friendly and not default style. Those pages totally are out of the element wih the theme style, thanks
Hi. The Shop Builder is something that we have been working on for some time and it will enable you to do that but unfortunately, we can not give you an ETA. For now, there are free customization plugins, and also using the Pro version of Elemetnor you can design your cat/check out pages from scratch.
Thanks for the answer, last question, since I never used theme even I bought it, because of the checkout/cart look. so my support expired, I’m not gonna spend money just to update it for one simple question. On the staging I imported the demo, but my shop images are cut out, even if the woocommerce option in settings set to custom size do not crop, they are still cropped. I’ve regenerated thumbnails but it did not fix the problem. Is there a easy way to set my own product image size and not be forced by your demo?

Hi. Absolutely not. It`s completely safe and of course, we always recommend using the latest official version of PHP. But as a general rule of thumb, have a full backup of your website before doing that.
