hi after i activated the theme and the corresponding plug in , when I go to theme options or try I’m porting demo themes it crashes the website saying ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’
The theme options panel after i installed the plugins ahs caused the site to crash several times
after i tried to install it again i get this error : “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”

Hi, we have a single license but we are having issues and wish to do some testing on a staging site.
We have deactivated the license on the primary domain then went to activate it on the staging site, but we can not activate it. We keep getting > THIS PURCHASE CODE ALREADY REGISTERED
So we went back to the primary domain to re-activate and got the same error! Why can we not deactivate the theme and activate it on another domain?
