Hi, we would like to remove the field “ZIP” from the Stripe checkout, because in our country is not required and it’s also not in use. We also see that the filed is required, so hiding it also doesn’t help. Can you please help us with that?

the ZIP field is added by Stripe, not by us. As far as I know, is added based on card issue country.

If you are interested in seasonal prices, you can use exceptions to set the price based on date range.
Our booking system displays the price based on booking nights and not monthly.

You can change any predefined text/string, like the mentioned ones, by using a string translation plugin like WPML (Premium) or Loco Translate (Free)

unfortunately no, only PayU India is supported.
Both mentioned plugins are bundled within the theme, and you are free to use them lifetime as long as you are using our theme.

We don’t have a plan to support WooCommerce anytime soon. The main reason for this decision is the fact that by supporting WooCommerce, we have to change our vision about how the booking process and the user experience should be.
WooCommerce is a popular e-commerce plugin that is supporting a lot of payment gateways, and we fully understand why our customers are asking for it, but still is a huge e-commerce plugin not a hotel booking one.
W’ve made our decision to built our booking plugin, and we are trying to add as many payment gateways as we can base on our customers requests. Our plan is to support at least one payment gateway per country, but as you can understand this will take some time to be done.

Is there any support for iCal or a channel manager with the Eagle Booking app. That should reallllly be a feature for this. Any plans for this?

No, we don’t support iCal at this stage.
You can link our Booking Plugin with a channel manager or any other booking provider, but you can’t sync their system with our built-in one. The booking details will be passed to the channel manager via URL and the booking process will be done through their system.

In order to see the Flutterwave payment gateway, make sure Eagle Booking Plugin is up-to-date and you have followed the steps as we suggest in our documentation here: (https://docs.eagle-booking.com/kb/flutterwave-setup/).
As for the multiple selection of rooms, there is not an available feature at the moment.

Hi…..is the isotope filter used only to view photos or can we use isotope filter linking images to a different pages? Example: I have a resort, and I have certain packages, i.e., Team Outing | Fun Activities | Family Day Outing (these 3 are to be headings under isotope filter). When the particular heading is clicked, that particular item should visible and if the item is clicked, a particular page should open to read the entire description of the package.

Yes, isotope can be used only to display gallery images. You can’t link the images to any external post/page.
What you describe looks to fit more to “places” as you can see here https://demo.zantetheme.com/places/
You can change the /places/ slug to anything you like. Unfortunately, places do not come with filters like gallery do.

Good day, I wanted to ask something. I was looking at the demo and trying to make a reservation. I can see that email about it arrived. I am curious, are there any more emails? Like if admin from administration changes the status or anything about the reservation, will the customer be notified via the email, or do I have to conatct them manually about it? Like if I cancel or complete their reservation. It’s a deal breaker for me as I have tons of reservations daily (don’t really want to contact them everytime when I change anything) and I wanted to ask about it before buying, thank you.
