Hello Support, I can’t open a ticket. After adding the purchase code I get a timeout error. My question is: how can I change the content background color to white (#ffffff)? I have changed it to white in the settings, css, everywhere, but theres still a bright grey background.

My problem has been fixed, thanks to Quomodo support! To anyone facing the same problem: The main menu has a box shadow that overlays the content background. Set it to ‘none’:

You can always on and off the loader from theme option. If you want to Show INDIA you need to create a custom loading animation

I’m getting an error that is- Your theme (Profund) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Even when I’ve upload latest version of the theme and woocommerce plugin. I got a report from woocommerce of outdated copies. How it can be solved
We will bring that Update on our next Update within a week. but still you can continue with the previous Woocommerce version and it should not be an issue.

One one of your demo sites there is the big green arrow image across sections when you scroll down on the left. How can I change this or replicate this bg Image across sections? Can’t find it embedded anywhere in the elemtor settings
Thank you for your patience. If you are talking about the ARROW sign covered 2 section and you are trying to change it then you have to look for nested section under section editing panel.
if you are talking about the picture with green round border in the header, positioning right top. then i have to say it need to done by yourself or you can share the image with me I will create one for you.

We dont have the Reward Functions at this moment. But we believe it can be a value addition to the theme itself. So we will add this feature in our coming update
