Hi, I have a pre-purchase question: Can I install the theme in a sub-domain (domain.com/sub-domain) to build a website and move it to the main domain (domain.com) when it’s done. The reason I ask this question is because I have a live static html in the main domain, and I need to build and finish the wordpress site before moving it to the main domain (domain.com)

Yes, you can do that. You can install & activate the theme on the sub-domain normally. When you have done, let’s revoke the license of the sub-domain via Dashboard > Soledad > Theme License, then you can activate the theme on the main site.

​Hi. I built my website on Soledad a couple of years ago. Problem is that I edited a bunch of core files without using the child theme which now makes it impossible for me to update the theme without breaking the site. I was wondering is it possible to install fresh Soledad on the subdomain without buying a new licence and do it properly from scratch? I would then make the switch and continue using just one licence as it is proper. thanks

Why don’t any of my images or settings import from the demo content? The only difference I see are the posts/tags being created. I do not want to purchase another round of “support” because I never use it.. i just want this theme to import properly, like it should. Thank you :)

The demo pages should look exactly like the demos… why am I only getting posts/pages/tags along with a few images? No featured images load… no custom designs on sidebar headers etc.

I’ve already left a review for this theme but I just wanted to comment here in case you were thinking about buying it. I have years of experience dealing with developers and themes and these people are just incredible. No snotty replies telling you to figure it out yourself or to hire a developer, no long waits for the help to get back to you and nothing but amazing help and advice exactly when you need it. I’ve honestly never come across a theme with such wonderful people behind it – in fact I’ve bought multiple copies of this now as it’s just so versatile, you can do pretty much anything with it. Does this teme provide local stored google fonts because we have to comply with strict new law in Germany we are not allowed to load google fonts from google server anymore only from local server. thanks for your answer.

This always used to work on the staging site (staging.domain.com) but now it says purchased licence already being used. Who has time to change the code between the two sites whenever doing staging – plus if you change the code, it doesn’t do the push from the staging server. Sadly this is a deal breaker on continuing to use Soledad on my site after 4 years.

Hi. I am stuck with the screen asking me to verify my purchase code. I put my purchase code in and it says it is already being used for another site. It’s my purchase code and it’s the same login and site I’ve been using it on for over a month. I do not know what to do because it has totally blocked me from working on my site even after I type in the purchase code :( there has to be a solution to this because if I am going to use this theme for other sites I have to be able to trust that it will work and not block things like this in the future or I may have to get a refund and find a theme that will not block it’s users like this :*( thank you.

Hi some how our theme has become unregistered from the original domain and retested to another domain that doe not have Wordpress on it let alone a word press theme, how can I get the registration pointed back to the original correct url?
