Both of emails has nothing, I check many times and the only message I received was that one that you asked me to send access credentials to my website admin. and after I sent it to you, I don’t receive any new email.
We use zendesk #1 support service, it works 100% and we have no issues with other customers.

I bought the theme today, how do i import the demo and how do i activate the theme using the license code.
I just updated the theme from Ewebot 2.3.2 to the latest version 2.6.4. After that the theme dashboard doesn’t appear anymore in the menu. Can you guys help me? Thanks in advance!
