I want to have a free plan to downgrade to when the paid subscription has expired but I don’t want new listing to use the free plan. How do I stop user from submitting their listing using the free plan without deleting the free plan?

Are users able to click on and get information for things like transit and other map entries that are not added as a listing? I’d like to create a city directory where visitors can get information of public offices/services/etc without needing to add them as individual listings.

Thank you for the response. I am planning on using Google Maps, but leaving on Transit, hospital, etc icons. These still won’t be clickable even though the come from Google?

Please note that it depends on the nature of icons, they must be clickable where they should, further, you can understand that purpose of icons is just to show the behavior or tell the visitors the purpose, like if you are a doctor then you can add the icon which represents the doctors. But if you will use the social icons then they are clickable you just need to add the links in that icons. It’s all about the nature of icons.

I bought the listingpro theme a few days ago, and sometimes some features are working on some devices and then suddenly it stops working but now there’s a major issue. What’s happening is that a customer can create a listing, and when they submit the listing, instead of going to the “Pay & Publish” page, it redirects to the 404 error page. Please help me in fixing this.

The technical department says it is an error on my server. I have contacted my server and they say there is no problem. The truth is that I have many webs working for years without problems in this server, only with yours we hacve this issue… They tell me that it is an ajax call back error 302…. I have no idea, is it necessary to study advanced computer science to install this theme?

I am about to buy this theme but I did not see any theme with the Map Banner in your examples. Do you have any website that has the banner style of Maps. I want to see the layout that it will have.

What happens with nightclubs that open on a Friday at 8:00 p.m. and close the next day at 4:00 a.m. and the same on Saturday?

Is anyone using Google Maps API? Whether I restrict the API key to .example.com/ or nothing, I constantly get the “something went wrong” “check javascript console” message and when I check, it says the API key isn’t authorized but I see absolutely nothing wrong on the google side that says it shouldn’t be accepted and the API Key is enabled. I don’t like the other two map options at all.
It seems to have removed the asterisks but I have asterisk.example.com/asterisk

I need to reset the domains where my license is being use. On your support portal, I am not able to create a ticket as I am out of the support period, however, I think I should be allowed to change the license domains without active support?

So in the backend, it says that “Option to activate and deactivate license is only available on the website where the licence was originally activated.”
Some other developer has copied the purchase code from the development site and is using it on their website. We don’t have access to the “Live Site” where our license is being used. How do we delete this live site?

It would have been a lot easier if you had just said that you want me to renew the support just to get my license code link back.
I DON’T NEED TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
There should have been a way through which I could have controlled “myself” where my license code was used. I guess I have been spoiled by other good theme developers with this option which you don’t offer.
I’m using Google API for my map. Does anyone know if there is a way to reference a map id with a style in ListingPro? I’m trying to customize what the actual map includes and this seems to be the only way to do so.

So I’m working with a GoDaddy Managed Server and have php 7.4. However, I got so many errors like “Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in” and other issues and so reduced to 7.0 but still having issues resetting the choice I made of Elementor and wanted to see if WPBakery would have fewer errors. But I’m reading here and seeing that 7.4 should work. I’m confused because the official ListingPro website recommends 7.0. Of course, when I see these errors, I get concerned that something wasn’t installed right so not sure what I should be doing. Wordpress is in a subdirectory called /wordpress. Should that make a difference?
