Sorry to say that but this is not possible with Porto as there is no such option in our theme for it, so you have to purchase Molla for it.

i uploaded my website from localhost to live server. and on mozilla firefox its working fine
but to view website on google chrome images are not appearing and i have to go to each image, edit the image and (without doing anything ) update the image, then it will appear there.

That is because the image you have uploaded has wrong URL or point to any other URL which is corrupted: https://postimg.cc/S2TMZrnr so that is the reason it is not loading, you have to reupload and reset the image and then it will work for you.

Sir i explained my issue more than a month. I updated myself and website code corrupted. After that I immediately contact to your support then they will take action. After that immediately i renewed my support. But after that they never updated my theme and fixed my issue. this is my worst experience with you. I am using many envato products, but never faced problem like this.

Hello, I installed the theme maybe an hour ago and uploaded demo 2 to an online store. When I edit a page through the plugin element, my hosting shows me using almost 90% of its memory. For another site I use the same topic again and I have the same problem there and the topic there is with hotel design and there is little information in it. I use the latest versions of wordpress as well as the plugins by updating them through the administration of the topic. Can you help me how to reduce the amount of resources because when I open and edit more than 1-2 pages the site shows an internal server error. This happens on both sites. Thank you very much

I may be your biggest fan with 83 licenses… one thing I’d love fixed is when you’re creating a custom header in the template builder using WPBakery a single
tag is placed around the entire element each time you save. I go back in classic mode to remove the tag but it’s just one of those annoying things. A minor issue for an awesome theme! Being able to customize the header, footer etc has really opened up a lot of doors design-wise with section separators etc. Great work.

This is because the “SUBSCRIBE NEWSLETTER” in the footer on your site has been made using Contact Form 7 plugin, so you have to configure it for receiving the emails, otherwise, you can set up the new form with mailpoet and replace it with it.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.Regards, P-THEMES.
