Frankly me and the visitors won’t care about the iframe or embed or youtube neither google what they care is if the audio is also playing then it will increase engagement and allow him to watch the trailer at the homepage only so he can decide whether he want to watch that movie or not.

in short you can give an option to toggle it on and off is that option available or will be in the newer updates with tmdb support?

That’s right, you or your guests don’t need to care about that. But we have to care, because browsers don’t allow that. They prevent it.

I cannot explain everything to you here. It also involves a lot of different devices. We have researched and developed it to meet that.

1/ All is automatic.

VidMov supports synchronization of video files as soon as they are uploaded. Video files after being uploaded to your server will be made a copy at Bunny Stream. And it will automatically select the link or embed to add to the video post settings.

1/ Auto-Fetch Thumbnail for Self-hosted videos: We have introduced in the lading page. We support this feature integration for free when customer’s server has FFMPEG

2/ Encoding for uploaded videos: Maybe we will support it in the future and the customer’s server still needs to have FFMPEG installed. However, it should also be noted that video processing takes a lot of resources. It needs dedicated servers or multiple dedicated servers to do that. It will be expensive, see the features that VidMov supports, you will find it worth many times more than you have to invest a lot of money for hardware.

WordPress recognizes avatars through email addresses and gravatar.com.

You also can’t use a 3rd party plugin to do that, because VidMov stores the avatar in a different way.

Ideally, you should create a ticket through the support tab. Because it needs advice from our technical support. I can’t help you here, because it doesn’t have that option.

3/ I cannot answer this question. It belongs to the custom work, normally will have to develop a tool to extract and import data. This depends on your existing data. VidMov is improved and developed completely different from VidoRev. Therefore, the data structure of the two themes is completely different. I think you should create a ticket through the support tab to be reviewed by our technician.

How to set the content of side menu navigation bar?

1/ Elementor only helps you with some specific tasks. It is not the key to change everything on your website.

Some pages are specifically set up to display specific elements and functions. For example the “Buy” page, which displays the functions from myCred. VidMov only allows that area to display functions and shortcodes from myCred as well as features from the theme. It does not display “the content” of the page. Therefore, you cannot use Elementor to edit it.

2/ Side-Menu: What do you need to set up for that location? If you need to change the navigation bar, please visit: WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> Add a new menu or edit your existing menu ( Then scroll to the bottom to the Menu Settings location and choose Side Menu to put it there )

For Channel related features, please go to Theme Settings -> Channel -> Side Menu Settings Tab

You can also add widgets at the bottom of the side-menu by: go to WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets ( Then drag and drop and set the widgets for the Side Menu – Sidebar )
