Responsive design is broken. I selected Container Options->Extras->Add New Logic->Devices Type->Equalto->Desktop and another container equalto->Mobile&Tablet The container that should appear on mobile appears on desktop. The container that should appear on desktop appears on mobile. I go to edit. I save without changing anything. Later, the container that should appear on mobile appears on mobile. The container that should appear on desktop appears on desktop. Later, I go to edit. I save without changing anything. The container that should appear on mobile appears on desktop. I test my own desktop, mobile phone and tabblet. And I tested another mobile phones, tablets and desktops. I selected equalto->mobile phone but it does not appear. it appears on desktop. After a while it appears on mobile, doesn’t appear on desktop. I tried “notequalto” also i have same problem

Hello! I have already built several websites with Avada and I am very enthusiastic! For a new project (podcast) I would have to build a membership area with payment system – but not realize via WooCommerce, rather a special plugin like the Ultimate Membership Pro. However, design-wise I have no experience with how well this works with Avada layouts or Avada in general. Can you recommend me a plugin for this?

I use Avada on a site that has already a few years but I note that my shortcodes no longer work…

So some of my pages are totally broken… I know that I no longer have support but until now it worked perfectly, it is related to the latest update so a change in the shortcodes of the Avada theme, not a problem on my website…

We do have a [fusion_portfolio shortcode but the [fusion_portfolio_cpt you shared is likely a customized module from a 3rd party addon/plugin or custom code. If you recently disable/removed any plugins, please set them back as they were and see if that helps.

CPT is “Custom Post Type UI” plugins.
but it worked perfectly before the Avada update.
The plugin developer tells me this: For what it’s worth, the primary task that CPTUI does is register the post types and taxonomies for the site owner. What they’re used for and how has always been left for the theme, other plugins, and content creators.
For example, if the post types aren’t showing in UI for Avada builders or similar, then it’s on Avada’s code to utilize and find those registered types. We don’t have any spots of code that say “ok, this one should be included in Avada Builder”

I’m having a severe problem with customizing buttons. In all the ways I edit, the sizes and settings of the buttons, with the exception of the colors, the buttons do not change size for mobile devices. Also, the responsive options for theme fonts have gotten worse. In order to be able to read on mobile devices, I have to make 02 versions every time. Auto adaptation does not work at all. The theme is installed correctly, it doesn’t show any errors, but these options, honestly, are rubbish!

Buttons size do not change with the screen size. If you add fixed px values then they will not react to screen size. Only properties that have have a screen size icon next to them will have the ability to have different settings in mobile mode, Screenshot here. You can always add buttons in an nested column and used conditional rendering to show them on specific devices (which will not even duplicate the HTML)
The responsive options of the fonts are the same. Also, only titles are changed in the responsive setting and this based on what the user defines

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3564CQN
However if you have used the license on more than 1 domain in past, it may have been blocked and you will need to contact us to get this issue resolved.

Will your theme work with php version 7.2.6? Our host seems to only provide this version at the moment.

While Avada might run on slightly older PHP versions – at least PHP 7.4 is a WordPress requirement. Most good hosting companies will allow 7.4 or newer and that is what WordPress requires as seen here:

I’d recommend showing that to your hosting company to see if they can help speed up moving to modern PHP versions. PHP versions below 7.3 have reached their end of life cycle and should not be used.

There seems to be a bug with Off Canvas. When Off Canvas feature is enabled on a page, then the Toggles (set as accordion) elements on that page do not work. If Off Canvas is disabled, then it starts working again. Could you please fix this?

Pre sales question. In regard’s to the “author/writer theme” does your team also install, for an extra fee, to make my site look just like the demo? Also, for the cellphone mockup on the home page, am I able to change out the image to insert mine, without changing the look, and keeping the phone? I basically want my site to look just like the demo, and I only want to change out the, logo, images and words. Am I able to keep some of the images, and only replace the author, and products of course? I’ve done installs before, so I know it’s easy, but I really don’t have time to do it and only want to dive in to do the content, and add my branding, I think themeforest has the option to install, but it’s been so long that I’m not sure. Thx.

If you’re referring to modifying the images/graphics on the demo sites, you could use any good photo editor like Photoshop for that but that is not really theme support territory. If you need help with that you might need to consult a graphic designer.
There are a ton of stock images/videos websites you can use to get ready to use images/videos from as well.

The new Off-Canvas Builder is AMAZING!!! I love how Avada just keeps enhancing more and more over time, there’s no other theme like it!
Are you going to be able to set up a way for MailChimp to connect to the newsletter signup pop-ups and other content that can be made with the Off-Canvas Builder?
That would make the Off-Canvas Builder infinitely more useful and significantly help all Avada users who also use MailChimp, which I am sure there are many. Because being able to use the Off-Canvas Builder and have sign-ups automatically sync to MailChimp is by far the best use for it.

You can add an Avada Form to an Off Canvas – so basically use that for the signup form. We recently added MailChimp integration to Avada Form so that way you can have the setup you explained.

Awesome!! I didn’t know you had added the MailChimp integration on the last major update! Thank you!! I just set it up and it works perfectly and displays itself beautifully. (I am having a slight issue with the pop-up not closing properly on mobile devices, but I opened a Support Ticket for that as I am sure that is just a minor and easily fixable technical glitch.)
You should definitely hype the MailChimp integration up more on your product listing and website, and add a tag for it on ThemeForest. Displaying pop-ups and newsletter signup forms that are able to directly integrate with MailChimp is so powerful, and your theme honestly does it better than most plugins I have found, including very popular paid ones, and even better than MailChimp’s included pop-ups.
Please keep up the great work and keep enhancing Avada and the Off-Canvas system, forms, and integrations!! Avada is by far the best theme there is and just keeps getting better!

I personally find it very strange that the comment section gets better support than the actual support section..
I need help.
I did some changes / updates on the avada live builder this past week.
ONLY myself can see the updated changes.
I’ve – reset my CDN – purged all cache etc.
nothing. Only I can see the updated changes on my end (only when I use the same browser that I’m logged into WP).
Also some side notes: avada sliders are now just constantly loading and never propagating the imagery.
I opened a few tickets in request to get all avada software up to the latest version due to when I attempted to do so it brought the entire site down due to corruption.
I wanted a professional do help assist the updates for me to be on the safe side.
