The option to redirect users to the dashboard after login is no longer working on my website.
I reached out to the support desk on Ticket #226618 and I was told that this is custom work and they cannot assist me!
This is option is documented on the Listingpro website how is this custom work?

2. In Stripe I can create a product with both one-time signup fee and a monthly recurring subscription that customer can pay for in a single transaction – is this possible with ListingPro?
3. Is it possible to sort results based on join date or post publish date?
4. Can admins manually assign a listing to another WordPress user and also manually update the listing expiration date? I wasn’t able to test this in the admin area of demo site- looking for workaround in case ListingPro does’t support question #2.

1. No, currently you cannot add a description to that.
2. I am not sure I understood your question. Can you please read this article and let us know if it answers your question?
3. In this article you can read How does ListingPro Advanced Search Filter Work?.
4. The subscription has its own expiration date based on what kind of plan the user has purchased and also depends on what timing you have set for it. You can see the answer to this in the article shared on answer 2.

I imported a number of listings, very few of which I have emails for so I did not import them. However, the “contact business owner” block is still showing on the listing detail page. Shouldn’t this only show if the business owner has an email?

In the demo version on the Listing Pro website, the maps for individual listings feature a push pin. I’m using google maps and the push pins for businesses only show up on category pages and not on individual business pages. Is there something I need to turn on or is this by design on the google version?

I’ve been reviewing bulk import listings but I do not see anywhere that it says to import actual street address. I imported it as “location” but that did not show on the listing pages. Any ideas?

If you want to show the text then you can add the text in the listing tag line, description or you may also create the form fields like text, checkbox, and button, or also you can add them as features of the listings. Mean it’s up to you how it looks good to you. But only in the form of text, you can show the additional details of the listings in all these criteria, but if you will add them as the features it will be better even then you will be able to add icons with them.

When I set my listing plan to $99 for 365 days, the price shows up on the website as $103.95. When I tried $10, it listed publicly as $10.50. Where is the extra $.50 / $4.95 coming from?

You have taxes enabled. To disable them go to admin dashboard -> theme options -> Payment -> Tax then you can disable.

I am trying to import a number of listings to start out with and when I go to the import feature and import a CSV, I do not see a section titled Listingpro Add-On. as stated in Step 8 of your How to Bulk Import Listings file. I see a number of fields under custom fields but they don’t include phone number, website or that sort of thing and they don’t seem to be drag and droppable and I’m afraid of screwing something up. Plus I’m told to have a pro version of WP All Import just to see those sections. Not sure what to do to import listings.
I’m also seeing a message at the top that the theme wants JS Composer but I looked that up and it’s WPBakery and I have Elementor.
I’m very confused by the following:
Allow continuing Free Plan after it expiresCheck if you want users to continue with a FREE plan after the Free plan expires. Once their plan expires they can go to their dashboard and select Change Plan and select the FREE plan from the list.
What happens if the user with the free plan (which is being imported in for the first batch) does not change their plan to FREE from FREE? Will their listing disappear?

Pre-Purchase Question – I am creating a services directory and would like to switch on or off the featured image.
If the listing is a free listing, I would like to disable the featured image so only text such as name, address, contact details and a very brief description of the service is shown.
If the listing is a paid / ‘featured’ listing, then I would like to show the featured image in the listing.
Is this possible?

Hello, 1. can I include multiple restaurants(like a 100) and then lets customers subscribe to one of the restaurants and chose their meals for a whole mount? 2. can I make each restaurant to modify their settings. For example, restaurant A does not allow customers to leave a comment on the unwanted ingredients. 3. When a customer subscribe to a restaurant can it shows the restaurant selected on a separate page and let subscribers to change and select their meals?

1. Actually ListingPro is used to show the business over the Internet, and events are the feature of listings so they should be associated with listings. But we have an addon of EventPro you can use if you just want to add events without assigning the listings. ListingPro is basically designed for business and EventPro can be used without adding listings, you can just manage the events in it.
2. Please go to the listingprowp.com, here you can see our addons and their demo, here you can see the form.
3. Yes, it is possible, but you need to create the file in CSV format then you can import those listings on the ListingPro by using wp all import and wp all import addon plugin by ListingPro. article

Yes, we have got your point, but to add a listing you have to create the plans first because definitely, you want to earn from those who will add the listings on your site. So you will create plans then you will set the duration, after the plan ends the listings will get expired. Even you can set the plans as pay per listing which charges for each listing or you can set pay per package then you will be able to set the count of listings and how many clients will be able to add with this plan. Rather than this, there is no option. Or if you could elaborate your question more then we will be able to guide you further.

Upon searching this it appears alot have requested this why does a directory that offers an events function not have the capability to select a location for events to be displayed? Surely this is somethng that should have been included with thebase system without keep requesting people have this custom made.

Your support ticket system is not working! I submitted a detailed ticket and they replied saying my ticket was empty so I tried to reply and it looks like it is still empty. So I submitted a new ticket and it looks like it is empty too! So I typed up the ticket and made a screenshot and attached it as an image, but I don’t think that worked either! The theme customization is not working correctly! We select the design options we want to use and it will not change the options! Please help!!!
