There has been a compatibility error between the Neuron Core plugin and WPML for more than two months. Because of this I have lost time, money and the trust of a client. But the most outrageous thing is that they don’t even answer my emails. I was assured that they would fix the mistake soon but it has not been and I am still waiting. The truth is that I am very disappointed with the service.

And while we are at it: Just imported the Bifrost Demo “Shop Creative” using the 1-click importer.

The result was rather disappointing, because I don’t see additional pages, no media, and the home page looks nothing like the example?

What do I have to do to get close to the demo?

we just bought and installed Bifrost and one of the reasons was WPML compatibility.

But when both Neuron Core and WPML Multilingual CMS Plugins are activated, the site crashes with the PHP error message below.

It also seems that Bifrost is not compatible with PHP 8.0. It’s working with 7.4.28 though, so that’s fine for now.

Please advise how to fix this, the theme is useless the way it is now.

Is there an easy way to replace the shopping cart icon with a shopping bag icon? Maybe by replacing something in menu-cart.php? Looking for the same type of style (thin lines). I believe you once mentioned in the comments that those icons are loaded via CSS. So maybe a bag is preloaded anyway?

I need to have specific neuron media gallery filter active by default on page load (other then ‘all’ which I got rid of). There’s no such possibility in element settings, as well as filters ordering other than alphabetically, which also would be helpful for me – if there’s a possibility to achieve those by some code please let me know. If not, I also found some other elementor plugin instead of neuron media gallery which provides options to reorder filters and to choose which one should be active by default. I’d love to use it but there’s another problem; lightbox built in that plugin doesn’t work – I guess it’s because of the lightbox module built in the theme, also checked by turning off the theme – then it works. Is there any possibility to disable magnificpopup entirely (I’ve turned off elementor lightbox already, nothing changed)? I’d highly apprieciate any help! Regards.

I do not have any support left because I did not have time to install it and I have never have any problems with themeforest themes.

This is strange. I dissabled all the other plugins/ Disabled fonts from elementor. Both themes and Neuron are updated. I suspect being the php 5.6.40 which is not up to me to update unfortuntaly. I searched on the support website and found nothing.
