My site is broken like everyone else because you haven’t maintained and updated this theme. The last update was January 2021, over a year and half ago!

Hi! Thank you very much! It works, but unfortunately I have now 2 problems: 1. It does only work from the main theme, not from the child theme (although I integrated the folder “inc”). 2. When I change the featured image, I have nevertheless the wrong picture in the background of the title. But such a large image is not suitable for the image preview on Google on the SERP – therefore it is necessary to change that.
Please respond to your support requests. It’s been over 2 days since I sent the requested information and no response. My website is still down.

I sent an invitation for administrator access to Farost’s support email twice. I also set up a separate admin account and provided the login details in case the invitations didn’t work. I have also provided the requested SFTP credentials. Please be more specific as to what other “full right access” you’re referring to.

I am having a conflict with the plug in Elementor Theme Core, it is stopping me from upgrading to the latest Elementor plug in, I searched and found that you advised another guy to delete and reinstall the plug in. Can I ask if you can supply the plug in as I cant seem to find it in the downloads.

1) The internal pages of this template, can they display the white heater format, as it is in the sample of home 3 and menu 6?
2) I wish to blog only “post” only text without photo, will this template display well in this format?
3) can I use any font, change the font type in the texts and titles?

Hello, I unfortunately can’t upgrade Elementor for my client to a new version 3.4.2 or 3.4.3. Site is broken because of non-compatibility of your plugin “Elementor Theme Core” with Elementor. I need to rollback Elementor to version 3.2.4 so site could work. When are you going to update Frontline theme to fix it? Regards

The site is https://rafalprzybyszewski.pl but of course I can’t give you credenetials, due to law concern. I send you email, but with no rensponse. Problem is that after upgrading to Elementor 3.4.x (recommended update) site crashed immediately. There is conflict with Elementor Theme Core. Please update plugin or fix it.

Hello, still no solution. Reinstalling plugin as you suggested doesn’t work. Elementor Theme Core crashes site with Elementor 3.4.x and higher. When are going to update plugin?

Hello again, unfortunately, as I said in previous comment, I can’t give you admin access to website, due to legal aspects and responsibility of client’s company. Please check / test this problem on your side and update the plugin to compatibility with new Elementor’s versions. Other user also report this error so it’s clearly not specific to particular configuration. Best regards

Hey, Great theme so far my team is loving it. I’m having a few issues I would like to handle before launching.
1. The ‘SlideNav & Contact’ won’t hide if I press the hide option. I’ve tried toggling show/hide numerous times and it still wont do anything. 2. Now that the slidenav is not hiding I had to correct all the information on it. I adjust everything but the ‘follow us’ section I can not find that anywhere. All the icons are incorrect.
