I want to buy this theme, but the latest comment (4 days ago) is about this demo import issue, so, before buying I want to know if this issue is fixed with your latest update or I should fix it by my own ?
There can be a lot of reasons for this error because it is an Internal Server Error. It depends on many factors. If you encounter any problems our support team will help you after purchase.

When i am trying to uplaod the demo content, it getting this error , Request failed. Error code: 500 . The site requiremnts are all good but demo content is not able to upload, is there any other way to uplaod the demo content

Yes it supports sticky navbar in Theme Settings. In case you encounter any issues with it our support team will glaldy help you to resolve them and activate the sticky navbar.

Wonderfull theme TO BAD that is not optimized. on Gtmetrix and pagespeed have very bad notes.( If you solve this I will buy it )

The Crems theme includes many png images and complicated scripts, which cannot be removed from the homepage, so it cannot be compared with quick and light homepages with minimal number of elements. And the most critical issue on the GTMetrix is “Avoid enormous network payloads” which is related to the theme of large resources.
Other issues are mostly related to the caching configuration or WordPress/Elementor styles optimization and using of the CDN, which is not related to the theme directly.
The optimization must be done to the final project, depending on the number of images used, caching and optimization plugins and server configuration. The GTMetrix shows page “Fully Loaded Time: 4.6s” which is quite a good result for a heavy theme on the WordPress and other issues can be resolved by WordPress Optimization Expert.

Hi , so i have read the question and responses earlier about the theme being designed for dark layout, i am considering using it for a lighter layout and appreciate your earlier comments….. however my question is that when i play with some of the colours on the demo i notice that some elements have semi transparent colour overlay, which takes its colouring from the master colours….. my question is , is it possible to turn this overlay off and just have raw images show through…. i have looked through documentation and don’t see any options for this.

The theme was created mainly for dark layout and if you are planning to use light layout the additional customization from your side could be required.
All overlays which could change color are optional and can be disabled in section/row/col settings in Elementor. It is an Elementor setting and we do not include Elementor’s options in our documentation.

Dear Author, I have set up Menu (food & beverages) items in the designated admin area. Then selected categories rigth in the elementor module. Only one of the menu items category is showing up. None of the remaining menu categories are displayed when selected. Please help.

Unfortunately we do not have guest link to the wp-admin, but our theme has the same interface like any other WordPress theme and Elementor editor. You can also check the theme documentation for more details and examples: http://crems.like-themes.com/documentation/I really love the theme, but I need to know if this is compatible with WP Bakery builder. I don’t trust this Elementor.

Hello. Unfortunately photos are not included into the theme. This information also exists in the theme descriptions. It is default practice on the ThemeForest and the photos are given only for demo purpose.

Yes, with licensed copy of our theme you will be able to download our demo content with all pages.
Elementor page builder allow you to save some section on the page as a template and use it wherever you want. Also, please note that we do not use Revolution slider in this theme.

How to use the theme with Elementor pro? just install theme and Elementor pro and ready to go? all pages and elements are working with it?
1) Sorry, for misunderstanding. Our theme uses Revolution Slider and the demo is included.
2) Our theme uses free version of the Elementor and full functionality available without Pro version. But you can install Pro version to extend basic Elementor functions.
Can I change background color from dark to white? and can i use my own desired font?
Hello. Unfortunately we have created our Crema theme for dark pages only. It is possible to change it to the white, but it may require additional customization of elements.
Does it support RTL?

Unfortunately our theme doesn’t support RTL by default
In most cases our themes successfully translated into RTL without major problems. Sometimes issues could be with navbar which is oriented for LTR, but we can consult you and help with any minor issues you could encounter.
