The support system will request to extend support if your support time was expired.
Just to clarify your issue: The theme setting of font doesn’t relate to languages. You change font in another place of theme setting.
Your issue is: When you change font, you see the different font has been changed on english version but when view arabic language, it comes back to the old font?
Can you share us your store url?
No Dear I want assign two different font (one for English and another different one for Arabic ) so from where can change font for Arabic. All I have from theme setting option to change for English . So for second language from change assign different font for second language

We are not sure if this is possible to do for changing font based on each language because theme is supporting up to 6 different languages at the same time. How to upgrade all update for old themes

Right now, you need to download the latest theme source to update your site.
To update your site, you can login into your account on Themeforest and download the new theme source (when we release the new version, we will delete the old version). Then, please upload this theme source into your Shopify admin without publishing.
We have instruction in the user guide to help you update the theme without losing setting on the homepage and some parts. It’s necessary for you to set up certain settings in Pages like FAQ, About us, etc. In addition, you need to re-do all customization ( changes are made in code) and install some apps again.

This feature is available on Ella 5.0.9 only. If your site is the old Ella theme, you cannot view this section and you need to update your site to the latest version.
