Once this timeline expires, you need to extend the support license to get support from the authors. For this reason you are not able to submit a ticket in our support forum. Envato may have over 13,000 sales but this particular theme has 141. When I need tech support who am I getting it make sure of what I am getting before I buy out since there doesn’t seem to be a chance to try it before purchasing.
