Hi, I have pre-sale question. We will need to add one track (GPX) on the map with objects POI. I understand that the template does not support GPX by default and it would be a custom change. Hello, I want to buy your theme but I first need to get clarified with one thing which is essential for my business..
Question: I want to know if I can search the directories using a zip code ( all directories will be in USA) . I want to search the directories in zip code and it should also have the radius search function ( it’s like listings near me within 1 mile )

Let me tell you that directories can be searched with Zip code using theme but the radius search will not work with main search but the Nearme feature will work as search filter on search result page

hi guys, i am sorry but i have difficult to find answers in the documentation.
for example in the plans i have disable “Event” “Menu” and some other features…
now when a new user signup for a new listing and click submit they get to dashboard area and there they need to find the link Listing to Pay.
so my question are:
1. why does the new user get to payment direct? 2. why is the Event, menu showing in left column when they are disable in the plan? 3. Another thing how can disable google popup when user adding there address manually, as i am using openstreet map only.

1- New user didn’t get to direct for payment. When a user will add a listing then on listing preview page there will appear a button saying Pay & Publish. When user will press the button then he will redirect for payment.
2- These features are not displaying with pricing plans but with Theme options >> User dashboard settings If a pricing plan didn’t enable with these features then a listing associated with that plan will not allow these features but these features will appear on dashboard as a user may have more than one plan and it is possible that other plans enabled with these features

i have all the listing on my self just now is it possible to create a new user for a listing and and add a plan to send that new users a invoice? i tried to find this in the documentation but did not find anything?

Thank you but this doesn’t answer my question unfortunately… I need to add extra fields, but those extra fields should only be activated for the paid plan, not the free plan. In the article you sent, it seems that the extra field switch is not available within the package (see: Full list of all the features you can control from Pricing Plan -> it is not there). So is it possible to ON/OFF extra fields in pricing plan, or not? Thank you!

Yes, I know that I can add custom text fields to each plan which will show as text for each pricing plan. But this doesn’t add an actual field to the listing which the listing owner can fill out. Those fields I have to add via Custom form fields – but those fields I can not turn on/off within the pricing plans. That’s the problem. Is there a way to do it?

After user filling in submissions details the system takes user to the listing link, ex. www.mysite.com/mypermalink/(listing).
Ok so i have my own permalink (listing slug) for a while now, but i just notice that the link get 404 error now, even after going to settings and saving permalink still not working.
any ideas why the permalink for listing slug not working?
or how do redirect the the user to another page after filling a submersion?

i have slug that is called “boutiques” so that does not worked i have tried with “listing” also no luck. also saved numerous times permalink.

1- Login to your Resurva account.
2- Create your services and add your providers.
3- Under Manage, go to Booking widget.
4- Click on Authorized sites.
5- Add your site URL. You will need to add both entries with and without “www”.
6- Click on Get code.

in your documentation is nothing regarding renew an expired listing manually by admin.
How can renew a listing in administrator that expired, it seems when i do a publish click its get publish but then after a day get expired again.
were in the documentation can get asnwer for this please?

Listing will only remain published if the associated days will update. Otherwise when the cron will run it will change the listing status to expire again. You need to change the pricing plan for that listing as admin if you want to make it publish.

i must be stupid, so if i have plan the cost $10 a year for listers. when the year ends i have to make a new pricing plan for them? i want them to be possible to pay for another year? what am i missing here?

what is missing here why is no plan options in the listings when i have plans that is active?
This needs to be done from the backend. But when adding or editing a listing from backend you won’t have an option to select a pricing plan. The good news is that the option is there but it’s hidden so only who needs it and understands the consequences of changing this setting must enable it.
STEP 1: Go to wp-content\themes\listingpro\assets\css\admin-style.css
STEP 2: Scroll down to line 765
STEP 3: Hide or remove the following CSS.

Unfortunately this ListingPro Theme DOES NOT WORK in Europe or in other countrys like South America, the date format gives problems with the statistics. I’ve asked support and they tell me that it can’t be solved or they don’t want to, I don’t know. But I think it’s ethical to let it be known.
They tell me they will fix it. I thank for it.

Finally, after two weeks of going around, they tell me that they are not going to solve it, so this issue works only with American format, this issue will not work well for Europe or Latin America, it is only fair to let it be known.

I want to propose two improvements to the functionality of the theme:
Implement the repetitive events in the free embedded plugin.
Add HTML content editing bar to the faq section.
Note: I have seen the eventsPro plugin, and it seems too complex (and very very expensive) for usual interests.

1. Yes, you can build a website for one country only.
2. ListingProWP doesn’t officially support RTL. You can download a 100% translated file of the Arabic language here. As for converting your theme to RTL, you may google How to make a WordPress theme RTL and follow the instructions.
3. We don’t suggest building a Job Portal unless you know how to make it work.

1. Yes we have a feature of filters by using that you can fetch the specific listing by selecting ita specification from the filters, filters show on the search result page.
2. Yes we have an ads system, using you can place your listing on the home page as spotlight ads, on the search page top, and on the detail page sidebar. If you want to spot the listing on the home page and need to get paid for it, yes it is possible.
3. We have a feature of near me on the search result page by using that user can search for the listings near to his current location, near filter work according to the KM and miles, it’s up to you that which one you will prefer.

1. Yes we are providing the two types of map, so it’s up to you which one you want to use, we have provided the theme settings options from where you can make settings accordingly.
2. We are really sorry we have provided the location field for search, you can add your location with your region or without region, even you can add the location with zip code, so this is possible within one field.
3. We are really sorry the detail page can’t be edited with page builder its coming from the core files PHP code. So you need to change in code to customize it. But I hope you will find it good as default because we have made 4 styles for this page and the option enable/disable feature is also available.
4. We have multiple elements in elementor for different purposes, also widgets are wide in our theme.
5. Yes we have an option to add a listing without using plans or by using a plan that is called paid submission. You can set the duration of plans but not with the date, let’s suppose you will add a listing with 30 days duration plan then that listing will be expired after 30 days from its published date. The system will auto recognize it according to the plan duration.
