I hope all is well. I just installed Aztec and imported the sample content. I can see the menu in the “landing page” but it’s not on the video page and I cannot find a way the access the “header” section. Elementor only shows the “Footer Section”. So I’m unable add a menu to any page. Also when I view the “latest posts” page, no posts are shown despite having many articles on the site. I previously had “VISEO” for this site. I read the documentation and found no other option for accessing the header. Please advise.
Sure, you can edit the header and footer via Elementor. Simply hover over Edit with Elementor at the top and you can select either one to edit. We also cover this in a video tutorial in the theme documentation: http://progression-studios.com/documentation/aztec/

1) I am not familiar with the BuddyBoss plugin or Directorist. However our theme is coded to work great with most WordPress plugins. As long as the plugin is properly coded and does not require custom templates, it should work with our theme.

Hello! I recently purchased the theme. I am having issue with the ARmember plugin. For example, you make a monthly plan to access the site’s content. In the videos tab in wordpress you allow access only to that specific membership but forexample people no plan wouldn’t be able to see the content at all, not even through landing page.
Is there a way to show the series/movie to everyone but only memberships can be able to access it? Cause everytime I am trying to access a video i locked, i can’t find it. Thank you

Hello. A quick question before purchase. I have exercise videos for people to do at home. My idea is to use this theme to sell an annual subscription for my students to have access to the videos. What license do I need to buy to do this?
They buy and then all the videos are released to my students.

1 – Can I turn my website into an app later?
2 – I will use my payment method. called Eduzz, is a platform I already use today. I want to continue making payments there. Can you help me with the API of my platform for people to continue using this payment method? I will do the integration in the aztec theme. From the documentation, it’s not complicated.
1) There is no app option. This is a WordPress theme only. That being said there are some plugins and third party options you can look into if you want an App version.
2) I am not familiar with Eduzz. We accept the most popular payment gateways: PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, 2Checkout, Bank Transfer. There are also additional premium gateways supported: Square, Skrill, Mollie, Paystack, Pagseguro, PayUMoney, Online Worldpay, Razorpay, Payfast
Hello, 1. can I include multiple restaurants(like a 100) and then lets customers subscribe to one of the restaurants and chose their meals for a whole mount? 2. can I make each restaurant to modify their settings. For example, restaurant A does not allow customers to leave a comment on the unwanted ingredients. 3. When a customer subscribe to a restaurant can it shows the restaurant selected on a separate page and let subscribers to change and select their meals?
Sorry but we do not have a meal choice ability or service. There also isn’t any control over the restaurants to be able to modify their own custom menus.

Live streaming is only possible via a third party streaming service or third party player.

Yes, you can use self hosted videos. Your videos can also be located in any location if you want to use a third party host. However there is no watermark option.

A small presale question. I am using Buddyboss/buddypress for my social media platform and I want users to be able to login with the same info into the Aztec site/theme under a different domain ofc. Would it be possible to have the member database between buddyboss and aztec if a multisite plugin was added to my original social media platform?
I have not tested the theme with BuddyPress. However I can confirm that members in ARMember are also regular users within WordPress. So yes the same login will work if your installations are sharing members. Beyond that I cannot confirm additional functionality.

How to enable subtitles option in video player. e.g. I selected “Youtube” in “Media” dropdown and added Youtube video ID. When video opens in player it doesn’t show closed captioning button(CC) option.

Note: We do not have a sub-titles option within the default player. If you wanted to use sub-titles, you would need to use a third party player. Please note you can embed the Youtube video if you want Youtube sub-titles.
I checked the embedded option to add YouTube Embed code But it doesn’t display right on the detail page. Video post content overlaps with the embedded code.
Also, we need videos to open in a popup instead of going to the detail page.

2) Can this value be different for each pay-per-view post?
3) What if it’s a series? Can we make it pay-per-view for a whole series? (Ex: The user pays 5$ and watches the entire series) Or is it only possible to make each particular episode PPV and not the whole series together?
4) If possible please also provide an option like a checkbox for each post to include it in the bundle (whole site access) or pay-per-view (set price right there) or Both – so people can see something like “purchase this individual video for 4$ or get access to the entire library for 8$/month”
1) Yes, you can adjust the value to any time frame.
2) Yes, the value can be unique to each pay per post.
3) Yes, you can charge for an entire series as well.
4) No, that is not possible. A post is either availalbe as a pay per post OR via a membership plan. There is no option for what you are describing.
Note: This are pay per post, not pay per view. The key difference is the user will have access to view the content during the set time. Technically they can watch it once or multiple times. There is no option to choose per viewing.

In future updates, if possible, please let there be an option (checkbox or something like mentioned above) to include the post in BOTH “pay per post” & “sitewide access bundle” – As you mentioned in past replies, there can only be one currently (either pay per post Or Sitewide)...and if we have to make the post avai to both we need to create two posts, one for each.
2. Just to clarify, when we charge for an entire series, we dont need to adjust setting on the posts for each episode right?
Yes, that is correct. You would only need to adjust the one post (not all of the episodes).

Hello, I am interested in your theme but I can identify myself on pc with demo demo but impossible on the mobile version. Is this normal? Can you configure the home page as we wish on mobile as on the pc display with sliders? Thank you
The theme is automatically responsive which means all of the sliders, carousels, and examples will work on mobile just like on desktop.

Hello As this is a movie theme then it would be great if you will add the TMDB data import system as creating movies manually is very time consuming!
Thanks for the recommendation, however we currently don’t have plans on adding TMDB importing. IF this is a must have feature, I’d recommend finding a plugin with this feature.

Brother, there is no such plugin that can use your themes custom post types for importing TMDB content (your movies, series, episodes). They create their own custom post types which your theme does not support.
Also it is an important feature as this is a movie streaming theme and so, the admin should not manually enter huge information for thousands of movies, shows etc. With the import feature it will be easier to focus on other aspects of the site.It’s upto you if you consider this to be a necessary feature or not!
Sorry but we do not currently have plans on adding that feature. As mentioned prior there are a number of plugins that already have this functionality built-in. In terms of custom post types, there are many ways to adjust this to use with our theme.
