Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them. Also, in case that you are using cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

For demo import please follow instructions from this article How To Import Demo Content Using The One-Click Demo Import Feature. On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

This error is coming when I try to see it from console. Even database credentials are correct and wordpress is running fine. I try to install it in 3 different domains but same error is coming. Kindly help me to get rid of this issue.

Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

• Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
• Are you sure you have typed the correct hostname?
• Are you sure the database server is running?

We didn’t include compatibility with the WooCommerce 6.1.0 just yet, the latest compatible version is 5.8.0, however, you should know that Biagiotti theme will function perfectly fine with the latest version of WooCommerce.

I did it, however the “mkdf_product_list_carousel” is not working anymore, why ?

Moreover, the widgets are not working properly I mean it is very long to update and it is impossible to have options like before (as choose to show in French or in English).

Regarding your first question, you can achieve something like that with some custom CSS code. Unfortunately, there is no option through theme options to add just a button on mobile view instead of those details.

Please check if you have generated a dynamic CSS file after the theme and plugins update. To do that, navigate to Biagiotti Options and click on Save.
