Hi. By overwriting the theme files with the newest update files using FTP the site layout crashes. Is there something “special” to know before uploading and overwriting? Thank you.

The easiest way to update your theme is by installing the “Envato Market” plugin, it’s in the recommended plugins list. After you do so, you will need to follow its instructions for the initial setup in order to link to with your Envato account, then you will find ALL you purchased items listed on the plugin’s page, now you can install/update any item with a simple click any time.
To install the plugin…
After installing, go to the plugin’s page and you should find the theme listed under the “Themes” tab, if there’s an update you will find “Update” button, just click it!

Hi Pete. When you go to (Appearance > Install Plugins) as shown in the screenshot above, the pllugin isn’t there?
No it is not… remember last time you did help loading the files via ftp. When I overwrite the files via ftp there is no more big picture on the start page…
After downloading it, unzip the file, then upload the resulted folder (envato-maret) to your site as follows (wp-content/plugins/)
Then go to the (Plugins) page in your site’s admin, and activate it.
OK, that worked and I started the template update process. But like uploading the files maually I get the same mistake, the header picture on the start page is missing… Please have a look, I need to revert the install

This will involve multiple CSS changes and could break the layout of the footer, however, you can hide it completely, if this is OK here you are…
Copy and paste the CSS code to “Apperance > Customize > Aditional CSS”...

hello premitheme, i dont want to hide it. i want it to place on the left side. and it will be same as appearance.
please provide a chance to editing pth-to-top from the template. because different clients use your theme. they want diplay chat messanger on the right, fb chat messenger ipa is not supported left position.

Since you still get the (500) server error on importing the demo, this mean your host’s resources is still limiting.
I added an option in a previous update to choose different modes for importing the demo, the “Lite” mode will import all the demo normally but the only thing that differentiate it from the the “Default” mode that it doesn’t regenerate all image sizes on import, after it finishes importing, you will need to install “Regenerate Thumbnails”plugin and run it to generate the proper image sizes.
There is also the “No Media” mode tat will ignore importing all the images, this is a much faster and most propaply will work with any server’s resources, but yo will end up with a dem content without any images, just layouts and text, then you can start editing and put your images.
Try the “Lite” mode, if it didn’t work either, try thr “No Media” mode. if the automatic one-click import didn’t work alltogether, you can always import the demo manually, the demo files located under (rouben/demos) folder, but you will need to install a couple of pluigns to import the customizer and widgets.
Finally, kindly remenber to renew your item’s support.

thanks but i have new problem i have new problem – when i want create or edit page. i dont have template setting in template setting section write this : The selected page template has no settings. i cant use page template options – for example i canot change the big titel in hero page

1. The theme options allow for one set of custom fonts that will be used with all languages, unfortunately, you can not set a custom fonts set for each language. If you have good experience in developing WP themes (or have a developer) you can make this possible by a custom modification (using the child theme).
2. Didn’t understand that—> “Can all the headings can be translated without changing the layout of the English version?”, could you clarify more?

I dont have much experience in developing. my only concern now goes with Creative headings font and main menu items font. content and normal heading i can easily change the typography and style using elementor. but if you guide me through the process of changing the font in child theme it would be appreciated (which files to edit ) .

I’m going to look into what could be needed regarding the secondary RTl font, not sure it could be a simple modification, or if we can add an option for this in the theme settings or not, will see and get back to you.

Just an update, I have found the issue regarding the cursor with RTL languages and fixed it, it will be rolled-out in the next update that I’m finishing these days.
Regarding the secondary RTL font, I’m still working on it and hopefully I may be able to adde this feature in the theme settings.

Go to “Apprearance > Customize > Theme Settings > General” and find the “Cookie Consent Popup” settings and adjust them to your liking.

Regarding the outdated WooCommerce templates, they will be updated in this release, however, nothing major in them, it’s just a code cleanup, you’re not missing any new features or security updates, you have not to worry.

Hello dear, i have recently bought your theme from Mongolia. and at first i thought header images on the hero home page is automatic previews of blogs. but now in my opinion it seems like just combination of png pics, i cant work on photoshop. and on the elementator i cant find editing sections, and i cant find editing sections for header part of fullscreen home page, that was carousel of portfolIos, can i change it as carousel of blogs. how to edit fullscreen page. i cant find editing section too. i also sent messages to you via FB

Regarding the hero section, yes, it’s a combination of PNG images, if you need help with it, it could be a simple and not costly task on many of the freelancing websites.
Regarding the settings related to the hero and fullscreen page templates (and any other page template), go to the edit screen of the desired page and scroll down the right sidebar to find the “Template Settings” panel, there you will find all the available settings related to the selected page template. Notice that some page templates may not have setttings and some pages just uses the default template (has no template settings) and has its content built with Elementor widgets or WP blocks. This link from the theme documentation should help.
Regarding the logo, it depends on your logo style and width-to-height ratio, but generally, try not to exceed 80px to 90 px height, also test your uplaoded logo on small screen size like a mobile to make sure it’s suitable according to the selected header layout.

- I’m about to release an update to fix the outdated WooCommerce templates issue. It’s completely normal and nothing to worry about. From time to time WooCommerce update some of its template files and if one of the updated templates is overridden by the theme, you will see this notification, 99% of the time the templates updates are cosmetic and don’t affect performance or security.
- Regarding the multilingual plugins, WPML is the only one that has full integration with the theme, I mean by that it has an integrated language switcher in the header.
You can always use any other plugins (Polylang, Weglot …etc), they will still generate their own language swither, but it will not appear the same as the WPML one. Not sure, but maybe some plugins offer customizing tools that may help you visually merge its switcher with the theme.
Adding support/integration for more multilingual plugins is something that we are looking to do, but it didn’t get into effect yet.

Woocommerce is outdated and works horribly on the theme. Why is the plugin compatibility not updated? Products options are haywire. I mean, the theme is great but these are obviously bugs that need to be attended to. The theme is useless to us without proper WooCommerce Integration?
Hi, I’m about to release an update that will update the outdated WooCommerce templates. I already updated the templates and I can say that they’re cosmetic changes that don’t affect the performance as you may think.
The theme integrates normally with WooCommrce as I can see, I don’t see bugs, but if you have one, please report it properly so we can fix it. So, please clarify more what is horrible, haywire, or improper.

It’s just two WooCommerce template files that to be updated, nothing major or affecting performance/security. I already updated them and will be released very soon.
Regarding the buggy Elementor in some pages, this issue is already fixed and releqased, please make sure you’re running the latest theme version (v1.3.1 currently).

I checked the issue, it’s related to the jQuery updates in the latest WP version, installing the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper pluign (by The WordPress Team) will solve this issue until a permenant fix is out.
I’m going to check the issue more closely to identify if the problem is related to the theme or WordPress itself, if it’s related to the theme I will realse a bugfix update, if it’s related to WP I will report it to them in order to be fixed in th enearest update.
Until then, just install the mentioned plugin and you’re good to go!

After checking it looks like a bug in the latest WordPress itself (v5.6) as it affects many plugins out there ( https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/52050 ). We will be waiting for the WordPress Team to release an update, until then you can continue using the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.
Hey there! I just installed your theme update and it inverted my hero text on the homepage from the light version to the dark version. IE it used to be white shadow, black stroke but now it’s black shadow white stroke. I’m not clever enough to edit the CSS and fix it. Can you advise? Thanks!

You can add as many pages as you want and use Elementor with them, the free version of Elementor doesn’t have any such limitations, it only adds some extra widgets and features. But the basic features will remain for free for unlimited number of pages.
Check this Elementor’s documentation on how to create a new page using Elemtor editor, let me know if it helped or you still need any further assistance.

1. There are several ways that you can add products on the home page, like using the shortcodes that WooCommerce offer (could be used in the WP block or classic editor as well as in Elementor), also WooCommerce adds its own blocks to the WP block editor that you can use easily in any page. Notice alos that you can set the current shop page as your home page if you want.
2. There’s no special layouts for the shop page (like masonry) but the WooCommerce plguin settings let you customize the grid layout by setting the number of columns and rows, so getting 2-columns/3-columns/4-column layout is easily possible.
3. Unfortunately no, at least until now.
