Hi, i use Denticare – Bold theme. I have 3 issues;
1-) Logo doesn’t change from theme customization area. It’s only seen at contact page. (http://www.dentsolo.com/anasayfa/iletisim/)
2-) Text seen different from i typed at Mobile device at Class “bt_bb_cell” on hero section. (Desktop is okay)
3-) Contact page’ description cannot edit on editor. Class name “class=”bt_bb_headline_subheadline”“

1.) Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You have a logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it caused the problem. Try removing logo related overrides on pages with issues.
2.) If you take a look at the structure of the hero section in Page Bold Builder, you will most likely notice that there are elements visible only on desktop resolutions and the ones visible only on mobile resolutions. You have probably changed the content of the ones visible on desktop resolutions and not the mobile (or vice versa).
3.) You are most likely referring to the page excerpt – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7341/

Can I build all of the layout blocks with just Gutenberg or will I need to use this Bold builder too?

Gutemberg optimized means that all default gutenberg blocks will work and their styling will be in line with the overall theme look and feel.
But, this does not mean that you can use Gutenberg to achieve the layouts presented on theme demo. In order to use the theme’s full potential you will need to use Bold Builder with the theme.

It turns out that the solution to 4 is a trivial one. The date format was not defined for the cost calculator – we have set it to dd/mm/yy and the date field is properly working now:

There is no out of the box way to change the background color of the mobile menu, but you can add

background-color: #ff0000;
}
To Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS panel. It should do the trick. Please change the color code accordingly.

You have the following statement in your custom css which defines the existing gradient background:
.btMenuVertical.btTransparentLightHeader .mainHeader {
background: linear-gradient(to bottom, #fdabb7, #333c4a);
}
Please remove it. The alternative is to use background property instead of background-color in our code like the following:
.btMenuVerticalLeft.btMenuVerticalOn header.mainHeader.btClear.gutter {
background: #000;
}
and it will override the existing background related custom added css

It seems that the new version of the plugin has an issue with the native required plugin WP installer. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this since this is a third party plugin.
But you can always install it directly, by going to plugins panel and installing it from wordpress.org
