Apologize! We request for not sharing misleading information as the theme demo data contains all home page variations including inner pages. The data import process works as expected and we checked multiple times before releasing the theme on Themeforest. The theme preview demo site also shows the same how the theme pages and features are available within the theme.

Also, before approving the theme, the expert review team from Envato carefully reviewed and then approved the theme. And regarding the support for your website demo import, the support team replied with possible steps with you so you could identify the missing steps. The theme documentation has detailed steps including video manuals for theme installation and further setup.

About the support team involvement, we replied to your queries but we never got a response for our last reply. To receive assistance, we appreciate getting a reply so we can proceed further with the ticket. Also, would like to share that we never received any queries or tickets regarding the import matter from any other buyers.
