I can’t install theme, there are a lot of errors. I sent you email but no one to reply.

This theme is AWFUL does NOT work at all. It looks nothing like the images shown and is not even useable. Itech Theme are impossible to get hold of, I have sent three emails and still nothing has happened. This theme should be reported and removed.

Please help, the theme is full of errors.

I have installed the template, activated plugins and imported the demo content MANY times. Latest version of WP and also 5.3.x, but what I get is an empty screen. (5.3.x does not work anymore as Contact Form conflict…)

Interestingly, blog entries work fine, but the normal pages are just empty white screens or if I am logged in just a list of admin panel links.

What should I do?

Sorry Guys, we fixed so many bugs for you in your themecode. You have to test your theme a little bit more before publish it to themeforest. Please fix that issue we are not able to fix every bug for you with our time and money.

There is only text field to enter color value. this is an very outdated and very frustrating way to change colors. All color fields have no colorpicker oder simple swatch field with predefined colors with additional field to enter color value. Why you do not take care to this basics and provide in all sections some possibility to change colors via color-picker?

We found next bug: Appearance -> Seoul Options. Now try to click on left sidebar to setup theme options: Not working. your theme option-panel is not working fine with latest wordpress version. 1. When we install your theme with previous wordpress version its working fine. When we update wordpress to latest version we got a lot of issues.

We are using your theme with latest wordpress. installed demo content without any problem. PHP 7.2, php 7.3 and php 7.4 tested – but we still get this error in backend: wordpress optimized premium hosting with 2GB memory limit… all plugins are working in latest version. no caching activated. not other plugins installed, only yours.
