When trying to upload images via ‘Submit Property’ from the homepage for logged in users, we get an error ‘Security check failed’. The images we are trying to upload are all within the min size requirements and are all optimized for web – same process as we use for adding properties directly from Easy Real estates.

Hi,

I am Interested in your Theme, i have a few pre sales questions on the theme:

1. Does the theme offer the Admin the access to all the leads data (details of inquiry by prospect buyers on all properties listed by Agents/Agency or Owner) ?

2. Can OTP verification on mobile field be implemented on all inquiry forms and user registration ? there is a plugin by the name of Digit, is it compatible with the theme ? Hello, in the documentation under “Initial Elementor Settings” step two says “In this same section, click on Styles and check the Content Width is set to 1240.” In the same section there i not a content with place to set something! where is that thing? thanks in advance.

Yes, RealHomes has a dashboard where users can see, modify and delete their properties. However, we are improving the user dashboard, so in the future update, we will allow the agencies to access the properties of their agents and take necessary actions.

There’s Warnings when inspecting RealHomes Theme Demo Site and my site when using the Chrome Browser DevTools.

If you view the ‘Console’ Tab it shows the warnings below. Can you fix this in the next update?? When clicking on the link to the files an error page shows up.

hello, is it possible to set these two features? 1) The owner pays to advertise their rental house, but without indicating an availability calendar. That is, I am interested that the announcement is without availability calendar, with the possibility for the user to contact only the owner to request availability, without a search for dates on the site … 2) Furthermore, the advertisement remains visible for a period established by the package purchased by the owner (eg: 30 days). At the end of the period, the ad disappears from the site, but remains available on the dashboard of the owner who can choose to pay to publish it again THANK YOU

Hi,

Yes, it is possible. You can publish the property without an availability calendar using a custom Booking Form that will not let the user book the property. Instead, it will allow the user to contact the property owner directly.

You can use any third-party form plugin like Contact Form 7 or similar to create a custom booking form and then add it to the sidebar of the property details page.

The Inspiry Membership plugin works in the same manner as you have mentioned. It allows you to offer multiple membership packages to the users, and when the package is expired, the property will be unpublished, and it will remain in the user’s dashboard for the property owner only.
