Hi, Is it possible to create custom drop-down field with options like (variants, or sub-selection options)? Like if a user opens Spider-Man Mobile Case he can select mobile brand from drop-down than select model of that brand from drop-down?

1.Please note that support package is not lifetime, you have 6months support after buying the theme, during that time if there is any problem while using the theme you can use our support system and we are ready to help.
2.Regarding the update theme issue, If you use the Kalles 2.7.4 and earlier you can’t update theme to 3.x because the core of theme for Shopify 2.0 is completely different, entire file structure changed so need to do the work on the whole theme again.

How do I enable the Shopify default editor, as everyone knows this does not work properly in the Kalles theme and takes intervention to make the formatting right. For example if I apply h3 tags or paragraph lines spacing all you get is a block of grey text with the formatting not reflected. I know this has to be set in the liquid code area can you send me the fix for this thanks. To be honest I am not sure why this is set up this way in the first place, its hardly to do with styling as having complete control of the default Shopify editor for product descriptions supports styling. Hope this could be area can be enabled in future releases. Thanks.

I opened a support ticket but just wondering why I need support to have the Shopify default editor working to format descriptions? this should not be interfered with in my opinion, anyone who buys a Kalles theme should be able to use the default Shopify editor fully and be able to format text, add line spacing, paragraph spacing, and H tags, I find it strange that this is not functional and needs intervention to get working for the product descriptions.

simply on the product description is all I need and to be able to add paragraph spacing, a very simple request just want to be able to use the Shopify default editor. No need for screenshots or lengthy support queries. Even something as simple as bolding text for the product description does not work. I got a message to say use the meta field editor by downloading the Metafiled Guru app! Why should I have to do this, download a third-party app and then look at videos on how to use to override the fact that the Kalles theme has disabled the Shopify default editor for product description. I think its ridiculous, plus having to ask shop owners to try and use this is crazy. No business ower has the time or patience to go learning how to use meta fields to simply be able to use get what the Shopify editor can do in seconds.
What i want to know is short description or description tab? If it is short description then we do not allow to use format in short description to avoid the destroy HTML structure. You will have to add the HTML contents via metafields option. Thank you!
Yes its the product description! so simply put if a customer wants to bold text add a line spacing very basic simple stuff then the Kalles theme wont allow this. Unless they go through another method metafields. That’s a big negative.
Please note that in the short description we do not allow the use of formatting because when you write the content in HTML (as it is), and we use liquid to reduce the word count, it will break the HTML structure and make the page web error. It isn’t a bug. We have solution to have both HTML and non-HTML options available for manipulation by user. Theme has no such feature but it works well with Shopify discount. You can create automatic discount with Buy X get Y option or find an app for this. Regards!

I’m going to create a new Shopify store, this store will support English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL) languages. This store will have tech/electronic products, like PS5 controller, iPhone screen protector, etc. Also, this store will be a drop shipping store, I will get the products from AliExpress using Oberlo.

1.You should buy Kalles theme, this is our best theme and especially it supports SO 2.0.
2.The theme is compatible with most Shopify translate apps. So you can translate your store via app.
3.You can only use one license for one store.

In the search settings you have the option Unavailable products. This is working perfect for the searchpage. We are looking for this option for the collection settings but can’t find this.
Can you add this as option or explain how we can get the same result on the collection pages? We don’t want to show sold oud products but do sell products that are currently not in stock, so we can’t use Inventory stock > 0 in the collection settings.

Hi guys. My support as expired but I could really use a hand quickly. Today, the tag filters for my blog stopped working. So, let’s say I click on a tag such as “interviews”...when I do this, no content will load and only the 3 dots appears. If I refresh again, the content appears.
