The problem is that the shopping minicart is being cached also, so when a user adds products in cart, the minicart still shows empty in the cached pages ( while the counter indicator works ). We changed cache plugin and we used Cache Enabler, but it runs also to the same issue. Unfortunately we think it’s a theme’s issue cause we use Wp Cache in many woocommerce eshops we create with no problem. Can you support us with the matter? Thanks in advance. Hi. We have tested this on our test environments with the cache plugins that you mentioned and things seem to be working just fine. Also, our live demos are utilizing cache plugins as well. Hello, support my client purchased your theme, and Im configuring the theme. unfortunately after installation anytime I open the elementor builder it takes time forever to load or open a properties settings, im unable to edit the site, home pages, footer, or use the builder both the front end and back end are not working also
Is there a way to import the images at least as a reference because when importing the demo data the images have not been imported and the truth is I have no reference to change it

I bought the Phlox theme and tried to install the “Travel Agency” template with the “demo importer” but it didn’t work. The page just never stopped loading.
It didn’t work either when I try to load with Elementor.
Also if I want to update some content or save something, I get the error “Update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”
I have checked all the server settings, PHP and more and can’t find the problem.

I bought your theme yesterday and have major issues downloading the demo. It tries loading required plugins and then just gets stuck. So i went back installed the required plugins manually, activated them and then restarted the download of the theme ‘training’. Well its been stuck since last night. So just killed it. Then went to your support portal to register to create a support ticket and after 5 tries still have not got the confirmation email.
Frustrated and disappointed. If I had known I would have to spend so much time just to get things setup, then I would not have bothered buying this. Looks like you are using cheap hosting for your demos and your support system, where everything just does not work. So my only option is to open a request here. Please help resolve this asap, as I do not want to spend days trying to install a theme that should be easy to install. Thank is advance.

I have no emails from you and still cannot get into your support system. Also, the site is on a high end server and a high speed network connection. At this point I would kindly ask that you just refund the purchase. I did not spend the money to not get any support for weeks and a theme that does not work. I have spend far more time o this than whet the theme is worth. Very disappointed.
i got that email saying you have emailed me. but there is no email from you, replied to it and nothing. I just tried again to signup on your support system,and still do not get the confirmation emails. This is not rocket science. Just please provide the refund. I will open a dispute with Envato as well.
I got an email that said the same thing as above. But no support email or how to get into your support system. Why couldn’t you respond to me directly since you have my email and I still cannot create an account in your system. I just tried again. Just refund the same. I will be opening a dispute with envato as well. So disappointed by this. A complete waste of time.

My Friend, the Email that you are talking about is this comment on Envato, and Themeforest sends and Email to you when your comments replies. And the theme author does ont have this Email. Please note that you have to get support from the theme author not from Envato. Speed of your demo in gtmetrix is not good at all, please improve it or change the Theme Features, because is Fake New. All demos rate is F or E! I’m sending all the Info to Envato too, because I’m reading many comments about it since more than 1 year ago and nothing have changed. If I’m wrong, let me know, but I tested it many Demos and all of them are so bad in PageSpeed, GTMetrix and Pingdom

Hi. Of course. This is a very simple design and you can achieve this even without importing any demos.
Does it support multi-language? Arabic for example.
Hi. The Phlox theme is RTL-compatible. But please note that the ready-to-use demos do not switch to RTL automatically. There is no Elemtnor based demo that can do that. If you want to use an RTL language with one of the demos, you’ll need to do some adjustments after the import.
