Theme is bought a couple of years ago, it works perfectly! It asks me for purchase code, I insert it along with my email but I get the error “The purchase code provided is for a different item” I don’t use it for another site! I selected also the secondary servers but… nothing! What shall I do?

why is it that the YOUTUBE LIVE BROADCAST SECTION SETTING has no place to insert youtube API like the other past version of the theme? am trying to use utube live broadcast but it is not working

This feature uses the same API key as the theme set up from Theme Options. It never had a separate API key setting for each item, maybe you are mistaken with Youtube Live Video feature.
Make sure your Youtube Data API V3 key is working or not exceeding your daily usage quota.

Got Error With Pagination From Search !!!!
When I search some keyword , URL will be abc.com/?s=abc .
But when i move to page 2 , url is abc.com/page/2/?s=abc , it show content from site ( not from search ) .
URL :
abc.com/?s=abc&paged=2 => Work With Search , move to page 2 search keyword .
abc.com/page/2/?s=abc => Not Work . Show content from site ( all of post ) .
Also i had used plugin “Ajax Search Pro” replace for theme search , how to fix this ?

Hi! I need help with your topic! It’s been a while since I can access from the backoffice, I have deactivated plugins from filezilla but there is no way to access! Username and password are emails, if I put them wrong it gives me an error, even if I ask to change the password it gives an error and says that it is not valid. It always stays on this login screen. Can you please add in the next theme update the ability to associate any author to a series please? At the moment there is very limited theme functions for SERIES and it doesn’t quite look good just having the site admin as the series author..

A Prepurchase VITAL Question – Everything seems to be fine, the look of the theme, and the features. I have checked the LIVE PREVIEW too, and found ONE MAJOR ISSUE. When I played a YouTube Video ( of YOUR Demo ) on my mobile, the Videos cannot be played Horizontally, when enlarged. You can check with your own mobile the videos of homepage. Either the Video is going down without visibility or in Vertical mode, it’s playing in Small size. This is the biggest FLAW of this wonderful theme.

Appreciate your patience and confidence in promptly responding, stating that nothing is wrong with your system / version, but with our Mobile Phones, and lack of our knowledge in handling the settings of our phones. However I feel there should be a very smooth transition to HORIZONTAL FULL SCREEN, when a Video is viewed, instead to the most of the video visibility being blacked out, with only a small part seen on the bottom left. However without any further more communications, I would be interested to BUY and RECOMMEND the theme, ONLY if this aspect is resolved, as the major core value of the theme is lost, when one cannot view the video in full length in horizontal full screen mode. Nowadays, most of the browsing is happening on Mobile Only. However I also appreciate, that the other elements of the theme are very impressive, leaving the major aspect of Video Viewing. Anyone who is looking for an avatar solution that you don’t need to register for then try the SIMPLE LOCAL AVATARS plugin which will allow you to add your own Avatar.
Shame Beeteam couldn’t offer this as a support solution

Is there a way to overwrite parent template files on the child theme?
Hello,
You just need to copy the template-parts folder and paste it into the child theme’s root folder. Then, you can proceed to edit the files located in that folder.
Of course, this is the job of the developers and you need to know about WordPress, Hooks, PHP, HTML, CSS… to be able to do those advanced customizations.

Yeah, did tried that at first but was working, seems that that didn’t selected the child theme as active, now it works. Don’t worry about the knowledge, that is what I do.
