Hello we added allot of new products, but do not want the new label showing for these products, how can we control what is new and what is not new. We are simply resetting the catalog with allot of changes and do not what these products to be considered new. I’m not seeing a way to control this, I tried to change the published date to a year ago and it still shows as new. Thank you.

My support is expired, but I think that there is a bug in the Brand’s logo link in the top-right ofthe single products page. I’m using the atribute “Marca” for the brands and configured that atribute as “brand atribute” in the options panel. The problem is: When I click on the logo the next page show no results becasuse the parameter in the URL is ?filter_marca=3M (IE) and don’t work… If I replace the parameter as ?filter_brand=3M (IE) then works fine. So… Seems like it was programed to use only the atribute brand, but in this case have no sense the option in the options panel. Are you planning to solve it?

This link seems to be correct but doesn’t filter any products. Could you please try to add the filter by brand widget to the sidebar in WooCommerce so we can test how it works?
It’s done… But only one brand (marca) appears “Hempel” and If i use that filter only 4 products appear… Bur, again… y I change the parameter to “brand” ?filter_brand=hempel appear more products.
I checked the option “enable archive pages” and now the logo link is working fine… But the widget is still listing just one brand.

It is how it works when you filter products on the category page itself. But it can’t done when you click on the brand link from the single product page, unfortunately.
But it’s no working as expected. Seems to work only in the last subcategory of each categoy. Is this the correct behaviour? Look this category in example: https://pesquerasynavales.com/categoria/nautica/ The filter doesn’t appear.

The only problem that may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions. As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. Then go to Theme Settings and resave them. If it doesn’t help, please, provide us your admin access so we can check.

This issue comes from WooCommerce and we already got a lot of reports about it. Unfortunately, we don’t know other fixes for this and our theme doesn’t influence it.

Hello, I am having an issue with the following settings:
New Elementor Layout for Single Product activated. Sticky add to cart activated in theme options.
The sticky Add to cart bar appears on mobile, but on variable products, the button does not go to the variables and add to cart button div, as it does when no custom Layout is activated (with the normal template from the theme).
Do I need to add a custom ID to the custom elementor Add to cart element?

For the desktop version I can “trick” the issue by setting the Variations and price column as Sticky in the [Xtemos] Extra elementor options.
But the issue is for the mobile version, where the “Sticky add to cart” is really useful. I do not have another option than, maybe, edit the code of it (if you can point me where the file is) so I could add an #id to the Variation-price-add to cart div and point the “Choose options” button to it.

All my categories have under 19 products. However if I am adding categories with more then 20 products, the product count on category is missing ONLY for categories with more then 20 products. How can I fix that?

We have been using your theme for 2 years now and are still very satisfied.
A few days ago, a customer pointed out an error on the page. There seems to be a problem only on Chrome for Android.
You can reproduce this on all your DEMO pages. I have also made two videos about this. IMPORTANT: It cannot be recreated in Google Chrome developer mode. Only on real mobile phones. (we tried it with 4 different ones, same behaviour).

Step to reproduce: 1. open one of your DEMO shops. 2. add a product to the shopping cart - Product is added to the shopping cart 3. go to the shopping cart or checkout (it doesn’t matter) 4. when you are in the shopping cart or checkout, use the back button of the browser 5. you will be redirected to the previous product page or shop page.
Result: The shopping cart suddenly shows 0 in the side shopping cart, although there is a product in the shopping cart.
I know that our licence has expired, but this is a bug we wanted to report to you. My question is whether you can identify the problem and fix it? We would then of course extend the licence accordingly.

It might happen when the page is loaded from browser cache and it doesn’t depend on the theme. The shopping cart widget is updated by WooCommerce script and it might happen with any theme.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.
In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.

I am from Hong Kong. I want to create a marketplace just like amazon that allow user selling their own product. So, There have some question before purchase this template.
First, any theme of template that allow seller to register own account and have his or her dashboard. Second, if yes for first question, does dashboard allow seller upload their product by themselves and provide special offer to customers.
