Try loading your own demo first home page and then push F5 and check the testimonials. They dont appear (because display:none is set until the owl carousel is initialised).

Using chrome browser latest version. I never sign up to support areas as I don’t need support Just letting you know about a bug in your code.

Got 6 windows 10 computers here and they all do it. Its random so it does work sometimes, but if you roll down to the testimonials on the main demo page and press F5 a few times (without the cache disabled, like a normal user), I’m sure you’ll get the same result. This normally means its a caching issue with some JS files being cached and some not and they don’t load in the same order every time. Its doing it on YOUR MAIN DEMO homepage here on Themeforest, so you don’t need anything from me. JUST TRY IT!

Tried main theme and also child theme – it just activates them and then nothing…

Please just check the installation files as there is def a problem. Tried another theme and it triggered the plugins on activation like normal. Your theme installs but doesn’t trigger any plugins to install and activate. Please check..

Dude, Im trying to be nice. Its not triggering the plugin installation from your video in the documentation page one. PLEASE CHECK THE INSTALL FILES as i think there is a problem there. THIS IS NOT SUPPORT. I’ve never needed support in my life and I’m not starting now. If you dont fix it I’ll fix it myself and give you a bad review.

I cannot get past the installation of plugins. Activation is AFTER installation LOL

In my video there is no activation license, because it was added recently. We have detailed steps in docs. If you have any questions – use support area please.

So your saying your documentation is incorrect. Maybe you should think about that before repeatedly telling me to check the documentation. How about updating your documentation?

Sure. Activate license and after install plugins, demo data, etc

So all this could have been avoided if you updated the video to reflect the new install procedure. As it is THE FIRST THING in your documentation I stopped the second It failed to contact you

Does activating it tie it to a specific domain? Do I need to give you my email address under the activation code?
