For the Listing Types-> Single Page-> Content and tabs is it possible to show/ hide a field depending on other filed Values. For example: If have a filed called abc that has a yes or no. Can I show another field called xyz if the value of the acc filed is set to yes. And can I hide the xyz filed even if it has data, if the value is set to no?

1. Since we are using Groovy menu and want to keep it on our site (it will replace the theme menu), we need to know if there is a way that will allow us to keep the message icon and its functionality available by default? Same applies for the search listing icon.
2. When an end user sends a direct message to out client from his listing, where will he see that message: in his dashboard and/or only in the menu icon as notification? (mentioned in the 1st question)

You can update without extending support. However you must login using the account you bought the theme in order to download it. This account you used to comment here is not used for the purchase from what I can see.

Hello everyone, I contacted Woocommerce official support team today. Please review the image first. Hi I’m having some trouble with my theme on my site myrenttree.com. My site has recently been getting infected with malware and going down. Even though I’ve taken all precautions, worked with NameCheap, Malcare, Cloudware, to figure out how to keep my site up, my site keeps getting infected and crashing every day. - Make sure you have enough memory allocated. We recommend 256MB memory limit
- Disable all third party plugins that are unrelated to the theme and see if the issues still happen
- Make sure you are not loading too many listings at once in search results, as that can cause higher server load. You can set the number in wp-admin > theme options > explore
- You can also open a ticket on helpdesk and share your site and hosting details so our devs can login and check the issue more closely

It’s really a great theme, beautifully built. I do have some pre-purchase questions. Is the public author page built in or can it be customized because right now it shows user’s total listing(all mixed) https://i.imgur.com/Grc6SS5.png, an avatar and name and about. That page is built in. Users can edit name, avatar, about info and add social network links on the user dashboard area. To add more fields you would need a little bit of customization.
Hi, thank you so much for the reply. I also want to know if your support can provide the facilitation for this little customization after purchase or even just direct me to files where I can do that. I also need a little customization to display user’s published listings according to listing type, for example in my case I’d be having two listing directories i.e businesses and marketplace. In the demo all of the published listings are shown together even it’s car, property, job etc.

You can change the clustering behavior using the below snippet (add in child theme’s functions.php file, at the end of file):
add_filter( 'mylisting/maps/cluster-size', function() {
return 35;
} );
“35” is the default value. You can reduce it for less aggressive clustering. If you set the value really close to zero (but not exactly zero), e.g. “0.00001”, this will effectively disable clustering.

When several listings have the same address a cluster shows with the number of listings in the location. When you click on it it displays the preview cards of all those listings.

Hello, We have created several categories (example: Restaurants, Hotels, Service stations, etc.) and we would like to display them on a map (27 Map).
We want, on one page, to display only Restaurants and Hotels, on another page only Restaurants and Service Stations.
How is it possible to display on a 27 Map to display only certain categories or several Listings Types (not all)?
I am interested in the solution if it is to be done in the map.php file of the theme!

On the 27 > map widget you can filter listings by listing type only, not category.

Indeed, the 27 > Explorer widget seems to be the solution! But wishing to display only the map and not the filters as well as the sidebar, do you have the filter to add on the function.php in order to deactivate all this is to display only the map?

Unfortunately there’s no option to hide them. You may try using custom CSS or modifying the template files

Hi there. I think you didn’t understand. Mylisting is using deprecated functions. THe bug is on Mylisting. For instance
myslisting: elementor/controls/controls_registered
to be compatible with elementor > 3.5 it should be:

I use WP All Import and Export to migrate listing from site A to site B. When exporting with WP All Export, can I choose see the option of Listings and able to export them out. However, when I try to import to Site B with WP All Import, under the selection of Post Type, there is no ‘Listings’ to be chose from (only Listing Type).
I check with WP All Import team, this is their reply: “The MyListing theme has an integration for WP All Import built-in, and that integration is most likely getting rid of the general “Listings” post type in the drop-down and replacing it with each listing type that you have set up. To confirm that, you should contact the MyListing support team since they develop and support the integration.”
May I know if it is true that you guys have WP All Import built-in? If yes, how do I use it? thanks

We do have an integration with this plugin built in.
- WP admin > all import > new import
- Upload your file
- Choose the listing type in the dropdown (not Listings post type). As each listing type can have different fields in our theme.
- Proceed to step 3
- In the 3rd step you will see the “MyListing addon” section where all the available ML fields are shown. You can drag different columns from your CSV files to these fields to map them. Some more complex fields have small instructions written.
- Run the import once you map the fields

May I know why the URL field doesn’t show up as link, but just text? We inserted the website address in the field but it shows as normal text, not a hyperlink that we expected. May I know if this is a bug or intended? thanks

Replace [[website]] with your website field.
The same code can be used for table/details block also
