Hello, I installed the theme and I updated the WooCommerce from version 4 to the last version (as requirements said). After this step my website is not accessible anymore. I receive this message: ”Hey, It seems WooCommerce plugin is not active on your wp-admin. Enhanced ecommerce plugin can only be activated if you have active WooCommerce plugin in your wp-admin.”

Can you please let me know what can cause this problem?

Dear Skygroup, i have bought the drile template because the optic of one of the themes suits to my requirements. I know the support service is not for customization. But maybe you can help me with one question. Is there a possible way to work without wpbakery plugin? If i deactivate this plugin everything is mess. But i like to work with wp in direct and not via wpbakery plugin. But some of the settings didn’t show any reaction.

When I activate the taxes, my text is overwritten with the tax text above. Please send me your email where I can send you a screenshot so you can understand the question better.

I would suggest that the line: “CHF 000.00 (incl. CHF 00.00 VAT)”

should not run on the same line with the TOTAL, but simply put the line underneath and this will solve the problem and no texts will be overwritten.

Do you intend to make a template for Home Textiles also? Ant the second question: you have some black&white icons I saw on homepage-06 that are related to furniture. Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds. I get an error. I really want this issue to be resolved. If the problem persists I will have to return the theme.

Hi, I did purchase this theme yesterday and after an initial setup in the internal LAN i opened the server to the Web. Then I changed the url in the wordpress settings. Everything seems working fine however the Drile menu still reflects to the internal IP. How can I change that? Thank you

i’m having problem with tsInstagnam widget in the wpbakery plugin inported with the drile importer, it doesn’t show the latest image on my instagram profile (it show always 3 images regardless of the number of photos an columns selected in the widget option) but not the latest.

WpBackery reports an update but i’m not able to update it because i don’t have any license.
