Hello, I installed the theme but the option to create a sidebar does not appear.
Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.9 Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Why is it not possible to charge the Tour booking as a normal Woocommerce product? Is it possible to pay for a tour booking by credit card or paypal?

The tour master and woocommerce is independent plugin so you can’t book a tour with the woocommerce.

Hi, pre-sales question.
We organise international mountaineering tours and each tour only runs a max of 3 times a year (most only run once).
Can I remove the calendar and instead show only the tour dates either in table or dropdown selector?
If this isn’t a standard feature to replace the calendar then is there a workaround that other customers have used?

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

Hi, I purchased, read the documentation and all comments containing “enquiry” but i can’t find the answer : on a single tour enquiry form, there is a checkbox to accept terms and privacy but i can’t find where i can change the link…

1. The price of a tour set on the tour booking editor is set to 150, and the “from price” shows as 150, but as soon as you select 1 person, the price goes to 163.50. I assume a tax rate is being added? How do I change the systemwide tax rate or turn it off?
2. On blog feed page, search results page and a few others, their is no BGD color or image behind the main heading for the section – where do you set the default color or image so these are not white text on white BGD? The container is this one I believe I could not find an option in color settings for the site that changed this.

One more pre-sales questions. Seeing in general that affiliate tracking compatibility is not something you have? Is there any option of any kind for any 3rd party plugin that could track conversions (even if it does not track actual sales volume, I just need to be able to track completed bookings, at the very least, to a specific affiliate each time.) The theme seems great, but having no way to connect any tracking system to the booking process (even in a ad-hoc way, I don’t need it to be seamless, just need it to track entry and then if that user hit the “thanks for booking” page, for example) in your booking forms would probably mean its not going to work for me. Hoping there may be some option here!

Google analytics does not track based on user identity as far as I am aware? So matching actions to customers to attribute affiliates would be difficult and time consuming. Some affiliate plugins can record landing on a thank you page as a conversion, so long as each conversion could have the customer email passed from the form they submitted, it would be very easy then to manually match the referrer to the booking. Sounds like 1 or 2 lines of code to fire when a form is submitted to me. If you have some one who knows your theme well who could implement this type of thing, please let me know.

Hi, Pre-sale question. Variable Pricing: I want the price to change based on the amount of people making a booking on the tour. ie. 2 people pay $200 per person, 4 people it adjusts to $150 per person, 6 people $140 Per person etc. Can’t find much info in comments about whether pricing can be set up like this with your theme?
Second variable pricing question: When a tour is almost full, the price reduces automatically (ie. 3 spaces left, 25% discount on those seats). Can this be done?
If you have a general guide on options relating to variable pricing so I can see what is possible, that would be very useful. Thanks.

2. I assume maybe hiring a developer they could solve this issue? Do you have people specifically familiar with this theme who could get the job done quickly?
For the second option, being able to apply a discount to certain dates manually (not all dates for a recurring tour, but just on dates I select) would be a sufficient solution for now. It would be really great if you had a back end demo so I could check things like this, given that your refund policy is strict and it’s hard to know if functions like this that would seem intuitive and standard with a theme as comprehensive as yours (ie last minute deals, special offers etc.) are actually going to be present? I’m on a bit of a time crunch, I accept that point 2 may or may not have a possible workaround, or a developer may need to be hired. As for point 1, as you advertise the group booking discount feature on your Youtube tutorial (for V4, which appears to be the current version), and as you say in other threads that refunds are possible if the product is not as advertised, I’d assume that functionality to be present, so I’m going to go ahead with purchase based on the advertised function being present.

Hello, I’m having an issue with the Tours. If I save the tour as a draft and close the page, when I try to reload the draft, all of the modifications made within your tour builder are gone. I’ve tried using only the plugins that came with the theme, as well as clearing the site cache and browser cache, but nothing works. Could you please fix this since some tours will need to be saved as drafts and if we can’t, it will be really inconvenient, thank you.
