Hi, if activated, this will automatically redirect the website visitor to the subpage / child page of the current parent page. You can set a parent page in “Page Attributes” settings box in page settings https://prnt.sc/atB6YlJWqerc

Hi, sorry for the delay. All subpages have an order field https://prnt.sc/_rChzjQpOVJl where you can control, which page should be the first one – on this page the automatic redirect will take place. You need to enable redirect option on the parent page.

When I’m using the demosite ‘fullscreen vertical lookbook’ and I’ll try to add a picture or clients on the second slide or lower then these are not visible on mobile and not on Safari Desktop… on all desktop browsers except Safari it works but on mobile it doesn’t appear… please help It works only on the 1st slide…

That there seems to be no ability to disable the loading animation in your theme settings? It’s delaying the overall site load, and we don’t need it. It takes an age to load on mobile.

Replied to the email on Friday. Are you able to reply asap today please? That part is not what we reference. That section refers to mobile only. It’s the icon in centre of the page on desktop view we want to disable while the page is loading and remove all JS from page code if this function is disabled. Ultimately it is slowing the page down, and slowing the rendering of the page down, and impacting Google PageSpeed score negatively on CLS and LCP

I bought this theme long time ago and just now started using it. It seems there’s a problem with 90% zoom when used on timeline or blog posts. When in Microsoft Edge/Chrome (firefox is not affected) when you go to https://evotec.xyz/hub/ and have a zoom of 90% the blog posts won’t be displayed on right hand side of the timeline. Having 100/80% both work fine. Normally I would report this via proper means but I don’t have support. It’s more of a bug than my problem. This is also visible for https://evotec.xyz/company-news/ which acts the same while using Edge/Chrome (not firefox).

My purchase code expired so I wasn’t allowed to create a ticket. And since it’s a minor issue I didn’t yet buy the support package for next year. I bought this theme in 2019 or so, but just was able to activate it and make a switch from an old one. It’s not a priority for me, just thought you should know.

Your updater doesn’t work right on WordPress Multisite, any update link this Gem theme gives goes to /network/update-core.php which is the incorrect update link. Very frustrating you’re not using standards for updating. I’m stuck on version 5.2.1
P.S. you should be using wp-admin/update.php?action=upgrade-plugin URL string specific plugin upgrade method not update core.
