Hi, so why i cant install free addon on my theme? it asking a licence and said its wrong. also I cant add support ticket as it ask me to pay again .. my support time has ended? so .. any luck to understand why if my theme is active I cant install the addon?=

The support team is trying very hard not to try hard. Every time I send a problem, which should not have the theme, because this theme has many errors, they insist on saying without checking anything, that the problem does not exist, blame it on third party plugins, etc, etc …. Yes, You can display other listings on the listing detail page before footer on the sidebar area by using widgets like Ads listing and Nearby listings.

Admin can login from backend and the frontend registration tab can be hide via CSS. To get CSS please Open a Ticket. One of our expert technical support agent will get back to you soon. When you will setup APP then the content on website will be synced

When a client that is submitting their ad uses the google location form, where he starts typing his business name and options pop out, when he selects one a category gets created if it doesnt coincide with mine. There is an option to remove part of the category, BUT mine still gets created as “city, undefined”. So they dont fall into the city, it created a new city as “City, Undefined”, and that is not one of my categories and its not defined anywhere, so Its lost in limbo. You have a fix or idea on how to fix this?

Hi, these are pre-sale questions. 1. Can users without any businesses create listings? If yes, can they create multiple listings and can admin see the number of listings each user added?2. Can users without businesses create profiles?3. Are accounts back-ends and functions different for users with businesses and users without businesses (e.g. restaurant account versus reviewer account without any business Thanks). Someone who just creates an account to review a business shouldn’t have to see information such as leads, number of views, etc.Many thanks

1- Yes any user create a listing either he is a business owner or not
2- There will be create a user profile when a user will be logged in and one author archive page will be created when a user will add a listing
3- User dashboards features are different for the users who add listings and who didn’t add listing.
A user who didn’t add a listing or claimed a listing will not able to see leads and views etc. It will display for the user who own a listing

Our theme front page no longer shows the search boxes. It was working fine a while ago but perhaps a recent update has broken this?

Is it possible to integrate a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to the platform? We need to add more functionality to the “Messages” section. When a listing is created, interested people contact the listing owner. We need that listing owner to have functionalities such as:
- Contacts (contact list, filter contacts, contact search, download contact list)
- Calendar with contacts (tasks for today, past and next).
- “Direct Response” for interested people (configure “Presentation Mail” that interested parties will receive when contacted.
- “Mail Marketing” for the contact database.
