Your template causes problems with checkboxes and radio buttons in FIREFOX with large resolutions because it displays them as “BULLETS”! in CF7. In all other browsers the problem is not. Firefox and Firefox Developers only!
If you then swipe the browser larger and smaller, the normal boxes and radio appear.
Strangely enough, if you try it with iPad Firefox it works.

All checkboxes in this theme are working fine on Firefox.
After taking a look at your site, the problem is actually from your third party plugin, not from the theme.
There are some CSS rules from the ARMember plugin changing your checkbox appearance. Try to deactivate that plugin to see if it works.
Yes, if I disable it, it works. But that’s not an option. How can I change it?
I just tried that plugin on our site and it seemed to work fine.
After checking out your site, there is some error messages in the browser console saying it couldn’t download the files “bootstrap.min.css” and “bootstrap.min.js” from the theme.
However, this theme doesn’t include those files. Sounds like you’ve modified the theme to include those files into your site.
Try to remove your custom modifications to see if it works.
If it still doesn’t, the problem might be caused some plugins. Try to deactivate your plugins one by one to find the problematic plugin.
Hello my friend I looked at it with the bootstrap and deleted it. However, that wasn’t the problem. What errors do you see when you start it? I can’t find anything, where can I see that in the browser console?
It is enough if I just uninstall the ARMEMBER plugin, then the contact form works as it should. But that’s not an option!

By the way, looks like your site is loading the CSS and JS files asynchronously. It is usually included in the cache plugin or CDN like Cloudflare. Try to disable this feature to see if it works.

Hey Wyde. Sorry when already asked, didn’t search yet… using Google Fonts Server is no longer allowed in my country. What’s the best way to store all fonts on local server and still have full functionality in theme options / changing fonts? Is there a workaround availlable? Do you plan to take care of this in a future update? Thank you in advance

Quick question about the theme options: How can I add another social network that’s not pre-listed (Tiktok)? Right now I added the link to an existing field and changed the ::before content via custom CSS but of course the title tag is still wrong – and I’d rather do it properly than quick & dirty. Here are the instructions on how to add new social network icons into the theme:
1. Add the following WordPress filter into functions.php in your child theme:

Then you will find a new field to set a link for the Tiktok under Theme Options -> Social Media.
2. You will need to upload an icon for the Tiktok because it isn’t included in the theme. And then add the following CSS snippet into style.css in your child theme or add it directly to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

Hi. I have taken over mastering a WP homepage with Overlap theme. I would like to change the size of the front page image – to smaller size, not full witdh, but haven’t been able to find out how to do it. Is the full width size a fixed part of the theme?? Thanks if you can help Tove

This theme is compatible with WooCommerce 6. Unfortunately, that version is not yet available in the ThemeForest’s plugins list so we couldn’t add it to the compatible plugins in the product details page.
However, you can update it and normally use it with this theme. Our demo sites are also using WooCommerce 6 and everything is working fine.
Hello. I am trying to change the images at the top of the pages of the Overlap theme (About Us, Services, etc) and cannot see where to do that in WP Bakery. There is no place to change it. Please help as this is taking up too much of my time.

It sounds like you’re using another plugin to import the demo content.
This theme comes with its own demo content plugin, you will find it after you extract the main zip file.
After installing the Overlap Demo Content plugin (overlap-demo-content.zip), navigate to the Theme Options -> Home in your WordPress admin area to import demo content.

Hi so I found the theme options button on the top but whenever I try to upload the content for a demo theme, it gets to the very end for ‘media’ and ‘settings’ but ends up with a little ‘X’ mark for media and doesn’t even load the settings and then the whole upload pauses and fails. What am I doing wrong?

However, some web hosting plans give you very low resource limits. Your site might not be able to download large image files. In this case, you may need to skip the “Media” option and select the “Settings” option to import only the theme settings. And then, you can upload your images to replace some missing images manually by using WPBakery Page Builder.

Bit if you open it on a mobile device like a smartphone, no klick is more working. You can not add the product to the cart, you can not klick on another product and you also can not mark text.
It looks like it is a problem of the theme and the Plugin Wyde Core.
Can you please fix that?

Where do we get Visual composer license code which is free with this?
The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is included in the theme’s bundled plugins. You can normally use it without using a license code. The product registration option is only available for direct customers who have purchased that plugin individually, to enable the automatic update and access direct support of that plugin.

Make sure you’ve set the Layout setting in Overlap Options -> Page on the page editing screen to “Wide” to make it fullwidth like our demo page.
If it still doesn’t work, you may need to give me the link of that page so I can check it.

Hi, I have a problem with the woocommerce shop page. When in woocommerce I set the Shop page this gives me Internal Server Error (woocommerce / setting / product / shop page). When I disconnect it from the shopage setting, it becomes visible again.
I have already increased the memory limits in php and I tested the php version 7.3 and 7.4 but the problem remains with the same dynamics. Can you help me?
If you have a Products element or Shop element on your Shop page, you will need to remove them from that page before you set it as the Shop page.
The Products or Shop elements are only for showing your products on another page, they won’t work on Shop page. When you set a page as the Shop page, WordPress automatically displays your products on that page so you don’t need to add any content elements there.

That license key is only for the Overlap theme. The Slider Revolution plugin is included in the theme. You can normally use it without registering a product license key. The registration option is only available for a direct customer who has purchased that plugin individually, to enable automatic update feature and access premium slider templates.

The portfolio is a custom post type, it works like a blog post. You can change the link and image of the portfolio under the Portfolio menu. Yes, you can choose specific items to display in the portfolio grid element.
In the Portfolio Grid element settings, click on the “Build query” button in the Custom Posts option. Then you can put specific portfolio categories, skills and tags into the “Taxonomies” field to filter the output. Or enter the item title into the “Individual Posts/Pages/Custom Post Types” field to choose specific items by titles.

Looks like you’ve modified the theme. Actually, the theme doesn’t originally include that file (“mp-timetable/theme/column-events.php”).
We don’t recommend editing any file or adding a new file into the theme folder directly. Your changes will be lost when you update the theme.
If you’d like to modify the theme, please do it via the Child theme instead.
To fix this issue, I recommend you to re-install the Overlap theme to make sure it will be working properly.
You need to move the files you’ve made in the theme folder directly to the Child theme first because when updating the theme, it will replace the whole theme folder. Your files will be lost.
I did not modified anything on the theme. I also installed the current version of the theme a couple of days ago. But the error persists.
We’re sorry but the error is from another plugin. Try to deactivate your plugins one by one to find the problematic plugin. As seen in the error message, it should probably be the one related to the timetable and event.
After deactivate those plugins, I recommend you to re-install the theme to make sure there are no additional files added to the theme folder.
