Hi! This is a Ghost theme and it requires a Ghost installation to work properly. You can find all the information about installing Ghost in the official documentation.
Great theme. After initial problems with the installation (you have to unpack the downloaded ZIP file first; there you will find the actual theme to install) I am very happy that I bought this theme. I especially like the social accounts buttons. Just a pity that the theme does not contain a table of contents.
