Cool. Can I do something like this in every demo? I don’t see any such section. Can you show the screen what it looks like in Elementor? Can I do this on a single blog or portfolio entry?

There’s a screenshot of how it looks on Elementor’s editor.

It’s great! I already have one license for this template (not from my account, only from the corporate one) and I tried to find what you show in the screenshot, but I can’t. I don’t have an “Inner section” in Elementor here. Why? Is this something you added recently and I don’t have it with me? (I bought the license 6 months ago).

Thanks. You finally managed to add this section. But it seems to have caused other problems. Headers (# 3044598) and another section with only one column scrolling effect (# 3049322) are not showing well on my site. In both cases, I didn’t change anything on the page, so I didn’t mess it up.
I’m writing here because I reported the problem with the header on May 16th. What response time do you guarantee as part of the support? I want the website to be launched as quickly as possible, but your support responds once every few days, and these answers will not solve your problems anyway.

No, the theme won’t get updated, only the Neuron Builder plugin will, so of course, we’re releasing updates of the plugin time by time, and you can take a look at the changelog of the plugin.
If you don’t have the latest version of the plugin, you can update it by going to Dashboard > Plugins.

Our theme fully supports WooCommerce Builder, so you can create beautiful and multifunctional shop pages/products with our theme via the Elementor free version plugin, so there was no need to purchase any other plugin that will allow you to create shop/product templates with Elementor, as the theme already allows you to do that.
But as you’ve purchased it, there’s nothing to worry about it, because we’ve just tested it with our theme, and everything seems to be compatible.

We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it’s exhausting, we’re working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn’t work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I’m sorry about this one too, it’s the Envato API that requests this)

Lovely Theme. You have lots of nice demos, is it possible to have blocks from different demos and make one theme/page. Does the builder have blocks from all demos?

You can mix the demos by importing a demo save the page that you want to use from that demo and reset your WP, then import the other demo and save the page that you want to use and reset the WP again, so in this way you can mix the demos, or you can ask for help at our support system, and the support agents will send you the pages from the demos that you want o use.

Kaon remains the most complete 5 star theme I know. and after already buying 3 licenses I am thinking about more.
in that context I was wondering about development:
1 – some things already have been ironed out (thx for the keyboard option for slide navigation!) – is there a plan to port the whole experience of the interactive post (hover links) element to mobile experience? ... at least with view to iOS this doesn´t work
2 – I have seen Neuron puts good energies in providing more themes for Neuron Builder. of course this is good as it makes the committment for developing Neuron Builder stronger! – what I wondered: will there still be development in extending Kaon itself in the future, that is beyond further development of the Neuron Builder – like: new unique templates, functions unique to Kaon etc?. it would help getting a feeling whether Kaon will remain a dynamical theme and what the vision for the particular theme is.

2) Yes, for sure, we always try to improve the Neuron Builder, especially the Kaon theme, we will update the Neuron Builder time by time and it will be updated in all of the themes that have the Neuron Builder, but we’ll also update the Kaon theme in the future which will contain new templates, elements, and much more.

Q regarding woo/shop features:
1. Hierachical product categories widget? (when they are too many)
2. Color & image swatches? (for filters)
3. Filter positions? (left, left hidden, top)
4. Products pagination options? (load more, click for more)
5. Main demo? (to view all pages & features live?)
6. In demo trial, now testing, i cannot view/edit theme options (or they are inside elementor options?)

All of these features that you’re asking for can be found in the Kaon theme and Neuron Builder, you can take a look at the following article on what is the Neuron Builder plugin , we also have video tutorials that will explain to you how to work with the Neuron Builder step by step.
About the theme options, for all our Neuron themes especially those that are made via the Neuron Builder, we don’t have custom theme options that usually can be found at Appearance > Customize. We don’t have these options because our theme can be completely managed from Elementor. If you wish to assign a header to your site, with Neuron Core in this case, you must create the template and then go to Appearance > Customize to assign it on your website. But with Neuron Builder you can simply assign it from Elementor Template Display Conditions, and so on.

These features already exist on the Neuron Builder.
1)So we’ll start with the hierarchical categories, they’re already included in the builder, so we have the Product Categories element that you can insert on your template and display your categories.
2) You can also create variable products and filter them by color, size, etc.
3) Also you can change the position of the filters, if you want to achieve a position of the filters that there’s not an option for it, the support team will help you to achieve that.
