-There seems to be plugin conflicts on your site. The Modernizr library from the Flora theme is overridden by the one from your plugin called “CMSSuperHeroes”. You may need to deactivate that plugin to workaround this.
-If you’re using WordPress 4.3 or later, the Favicon in the Theme Options won’t show up because your WordPress site has it own Favicon setting under Appearance > Customize -> Site Identity. You can find more details here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/creating-a-favicon/

Do you know if it’s possible to modify the theme to have a bigger logo? it is little bit smaller for me, but I think I need to enter in the code to modify that?
You may need to add the following CSS snippet into Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to increase the logo size:

Unfortunately, the icon library in WPBakery Page Builder doesn’t support SVG icon. You will need to convert it into font icon, you can find the instructions here: https://redcrackle.com/blog/using-icomoon-convert-svg-icons-icon-fonts
And here are the instructions on how to add custom font icons to your site:
1. Upload the font files (downloaded from IcoMoon) to your child theme folder “wp-content/themes/flora-child-theme/fonts/”.
2. Copy and paste CSS into style.css in your child theme.
3. Add the following PHP code into functions.php in your child theme:

Hello, I need your help in order to fix a problem happened with my theme Flora purchased by you. If you need it I will send you my purchase order nr. One of the plugin installed in my Wordpress account/site, Smash Ballon, has been recently updated and my webmaster need to reinstall it and connect it with my Instagram account to let it work. The problem is that it doesn’t work properly; we cannot visualize the pictures on IG as it seems this plugin is getting into conflict with the theme Flora. On the website the part of IG is currently empty, and not connected to the IG account. My webmaster has always used this plugin/updated and never had any problems. Only with Flora. Try to enable the “AJAX theme loading fix” option under the “Advanced” tab on the Smash Balloon Settings page to see if it works.
If it still doesn’t work, you may need to disable the AJAX Page option under Theme Options to workaround this.
Dear Wyde, my webmaster has tried both options (AJAX on Smash Ballon and on Theme options) but still the plugin doesn’t work. Do you have any other solutions or any other plugin, expect Smah Ballon, to recommed it to connect the website to the IG account? He also suggested to create a “bug fix”. Waiting your feedback asap. Try to disconnect then reconnect your Instagram account to see if it works. If it still doesn’t work, there may be plugin conflicts on your site. Try to deactivate other plugins to find the problematic one.

Hello! I’m trying to dactivate Slider Revoution Plugin, but the result of my site is a blank page.
It seems that flora is calling the Slider Rev even i’m not using it. Is there any way to delete this plugin with no web affection?
We’re sorry but this theme doesn’t require the Slider Revolution plugin. You can deactivate it without any problem.

Also, there may be plugin conflicts on your site. Try to deactivate your plugins to see if it works.
Hi again! The contact form doesn’t exist!
Please ensure that you’ve installed the Contact Form 7 plugin before importing demo. If not, install it then import the Contact Forms under Theme Options -> Home again.
If you have some contact forms under Contact -> Contact Forms but they aren’t showing up in the frontend. You can edit the “Contact Us” page under Pages screen in your admin area to choose the contact form to show on that page.
Hi, How Can I change Google maps? I put my address but doesn’t work.
You need to enable the Geocoding API under APIs section on your Google Cloud Project to make the address lookup service work on Google Maps.
Also, since July 2018 you must enable Billing on your Google Cloud Project to use the Geocoding Service from Google Maps API. You can find more details here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/geocoding
However, if it couldn’t find your location you may need to manually move a pin by dragging it to your location on a map.

1. Enable the Maps Embed API in your Google Could project.

3. Copy the code then put it into a Raw HTML element from WPBakery Page Builder. Please ensure that you’ve set the width and height attributes for the iframe. The AJAX Page will update the content without reloading the page.
Regarding an issue with the Cart and Checkout pages, it looks like you’re using a Wide page layout so the content takes up the entire space on the page and resizes itself to fit the size of the screen.
If you wouldn’t like to be full width, you may need to change the Layout option under Flora Options -> Page (at the bottom of the page editing screen) from “Wide” to “Boxed”.
Hello, just yesterday I bought your theme. I want to import the “one page” version but it gives me a big error. After the footer, all portfolio items are automatically loaded. It does this consecutively, they always load the same elements and not stop! Can you help me? Or refund me the money. Regards!

Of course, you can use shortcodes in the WPBakery Page Builder or by using a Classic editor.
However, we have never tried the Booki plugin before and it’s not included in the plugins support list so I couldn’t answer this.

Looks like your homepage is displaying recent posts instead of a static front page. Try to re-import the theme settings to see if it works. Navigate to Theme Options -> Home, select only Settings option then choose a One Page demo to import.
If it still doesn’t look like our demo, you may need to manually choose the settings as below:
1. Enable the “One Page Website” option under Theme Options -> Page.
2. In Settings -> Reading -> Your homepage displays, select “A static page” and then choose the “Home” page for the Homepage option and “Blog” page for the Posts page option.
3. Navigate to Appearance -> Menus, then select the Primary Menu to edit. Remove the Contact Form page from the menu items and then add your “Home” page.

There seems to be a bug with the AJAX Page on a One Page site. Thank you for reporting this issue, we’re working on this so it will be fixed in the next update.
In the meantime, you may need to disable the AJAX Page under Theme Options -> AJAX Page to work around this.

You may need to use a pretty permalink to make it work correctly. Navigate to Settings -> Permalinks. Under the “Common Settings” section, select “Post name” and then save changes.

There are two options to work around this:
1. Add the following CSS snippet into Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to see if it works:

This seems to be a bug, it will happen when you hide all additional menu icons (Search Icon, Shopping Cart Icon and Sliding Bar Icon) from the top menu. Thank you for reporting this issue, it will be fixed in the next update of the theme.

The latest compatible version of WPBakery Page Builder plugin that’s included in this theme is 6.6. If you’re using this version, you can normally use it and don’t need to update it. We will add the new version in the next update of the theme.

Yes, you can. However, the Flora theme doesn’t have a fullscreen content section, you may need to add an image to the fullscreen slider to display the fullscreen background image.

It also comes with both left and right navigation and much more layouts and features including a fullscreen content section so you don’t need to use a fullscreen slider. Instead, you can set a background image to the fullscreen section if you’d like to just display one image.
Hi, i just install the theme and configure it on my website. When i click on projects there is an infinite load. Projects are duplicate multiple times.

Also, we have a link button (See more) at the bottom of the projects list to bring the visitors to the portfolio page to see all projects there.
To make it work correctly, you should disable the pagination for the Portfolio Grid element so it will show only some projects and you may add a link button to link to the portfolio page to show all projects.
sorry but i have done that or put a button SHOW MORE and when projects load it still loads in double everytime. So there must be a conflict somewhere. Where do we need to change the code ?
I’m sorry but I think you misunderstood my recent reply. I meant you should change the “Pagination Type” setting of the “Portfolio Grid” element in your Projects section to “Hide” to disable it.
The pagination of the portfolio grid won’t work on the homepage when using a One Page site because it is not supposed to show all projects there.
You should display only some projects on your homepage. If you would like to show more projects, you will need to create a new page to show them all separately from the projects section on your homepage.
All you have to do is, create a new page and add a Portfolio Grid to show all projects. This page is your projects archive so please do not add it to the primary menu.

I change the pagination type and i have a page PROJETS where all projects are. Still not working. The Onepage still load all projects and repeat it. It doesn’t work for me.
If the page Projects is where all your projects are, you will need to remove the Projects page from your primary menu and add a new page to show your recent projects there.
Here are the instructions:
1. Create a new page named “Recent Projects”.
2. Add a Portfolio Grid to that page, then set the “Pagination Type” to “Hide”.
3. You may add a “Link Button” element below the Portfolio Grid and set the link to your “Projects” page then save changes.
4. Navigate to Appearance -> Menus, to edit your Primary Menu.
5. Remove the “Projects” page and then add the “Recent Projects” instead.
I recommend you to import the One Page demo to your local computer to see how to build the content for the One Page site.

Hello, I recently did an update to the Flora theme and the following two issues have occurred :
1) The logo on the sticky header has got very small 2) the arrows on the testimonial carousel have changed position

A video can be played automatically in fullscreen but without audio. Browsers do not allow autoplaying videos with sound. There must be user interaction before any sound will play. You can find more details here: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/sound-control-audio-video-layers/
Regarding the appointment plugin, I have never tried it with this theme and it is not included in the plugins support list so I couldn’t answer this.
OK so I’ve fixed a couple of issues post update, but here’s one I’m struggling with. For some reason the sidebar is showing underneath posts rather than to the right of them (the setting is correct in the theme options, and if I choose a left sidebar then the sidebar appears before the content). Content is full width when it shouldn’t be. Changing the setting on a per-post basis fixes it but I don’t want to have to go through all previous posts, or make sure this option is selected in all future posts when I know the theme settings should take care of this. Please let me know what to do. The site is here: https://square1marketing.co.uk/blog/ and I’ve manually changed the setting on the Brand Guardian’s post.
regardless of what setting I choose, the posts are using the col-12 class on their content, when I believe they should probably be using col-9. I don’t know what to do to fix this?

Hi there – updating has broken our site – the preloader never vanishes and the content underneath (which I have got to via hiding the preloader manually using Chrome’s developer tools) doesn’t appear to be loading correctly either. I’m using a staging site as I originally tried to update straight onto the live site before finding this out (and subsequently had to roll the changes back and then use a staging site instead). Any help appreciated
Hi there – through trial and error I managed to narrow it down to the footer section of the theme options that was causing the issue, and then specifically to the “social icons” option – switching that off, the site works again, switching it back on, the site has the preloader etc issue above. Any idea what on earth could be happening there?!

The product category page uses the same page options including the sidebar option from the Shop page. You have to change the Sidebar Position under Flora Options -> Page at the bottom of the Shop page edit screen to remove it from the product category page.

Would you mind giving me the link which you want to delete the sidebar from?
That is using the sidebar settings from your Shop Page.
You have to edit your Shop Page in the Pages menu and then change the Sidebar Position under Flora Options -> Page at the bottom of the page edit screen to the first option to remove it.
Once again, this is a category page, not the shop page.
Of course, it is. The product category does use the sidebar settings from the shop page. This is how it works in this theme. You have to remove the sidebar from your Shop page (boutique) to delete it from the product category.
If it still doesn’t work, you will need to update the theme because it’s working fine on our demo site with the latest version of the Flora theme.
