Are these functions and features? 1 Scaled 2 Fast 3 Lots of additional filters 4 Ability to display filtered results on the map 5 The date of adding the advertisement in the advertisement is visible 6 Photo gallery 7 Is there an expiry date for the items? 8 Can users display their products on a carousel on the ad home page. for example: paying 10 euros a day to post an item to the carousel home page or any list on the home page? 9 Restriction of access to contact details 10 Location with a radius to be able to display the results of filtering ads based on the distance from the selected location and is there any restriction in kilometers?

You can use theme for any purpose and customize it to your needs. Default layout can be checked on demo site: http://quanticalabs.com/wp_themes/cascade/ For PDF/Word download button you can set any custom url. So you can prepare your cv in this format, upload it to server and set a link to it within ‘Download my vCard’ button.
This theme have page builder.. I mean can I remove portfolio and put something else here?... also if I choose only 4 tabs (the color ones) can I choose what 4 I want there then? and skip the upper menu?
Theme doesn’t include page builder, you can set the content using Gutenberg editor or classic WordPress editor. Main components are available in a form of shortcodes. Yes, you can change the order of tabs and/or remove particular ones, that is customizable. You can also disable upper menu.

Yes, theme is not responsive anyway we still updating it as many users who purchased it are still using it. The main layout is pretty narrow, so theme displays fine on most of the mobile devices.
