1. Yes technically you can change booking confirmation by administration only. So when your customer made a booking. You will manually review and decide to accept or reject.
2. Yes you can setup payment gateways ex. PayPal, Pay on arrival etc.

4. If the booking system is active, is there an addtional cost (per year) to keep it working?
5. Is it possible to ask a warranty when it’s booked? And can my client pay the warranty back to the guests through this system?

2. Yes you can link booking button to any URL so it means you can link to any 3rd party booking system.
3. Yes it’s included everything you saw on our demo sites.
4. No, there is additional cost. You can extend support if you like too. It’s optional.
5. I am not sure about “warranty” you mentioned but we don’t have such warranty system when you do manually booking approval.
6. Yes of course you can.
7. Yes you can identify the children age from booking settings.
8. You can set services which are free or with additional costs.

At 5. by warranty I mean a fee that guests have to pay, so in case of damage my client can keep (a part of) it as payment for the damages. In case everything is well at checking out, the guests get a full refund on their account of that warranty.
So is it possible to give money back to the guests in your booking system?

5. We don’t have that feature. Really sorry.
Our booking system is managed booking record so we don’t handle financial transaction and you shouldn’t. Basically this refund process should be done through your payment system account. Then you just need to change the booking status to cancelled.

2. Technically you can create that 2 accommodations types but still haven’t add number of accommodations (rooms) for that 2 types so they couldn’t be booking. So yes it will works.

To use 3rd party check availability form. Technically these platform will provide you HTML embed code which you can add it to the page content to display its check availability form.

The property I am making the website for is already listed in Airbnb, Booking.com and few others. How can I make sure that double booking doesn’t happen? Say if Date 1st Apr to 5th Apr is booked on Airbnb, we have to make sure that the same dates will show unavailable on your theme.

Hi, at the moment I’m out of support period but there is a bug with your plugins as I can’t update elementor without making things disappear. Maybe not a big deal in terms of woking theme as it works even with out-of-date plugins, but security is compromised. I clearly understand paid support about extra stuff but maybe can be a good idea even to help those who bought the theme and can’t guarantee the security of his website because of theme bugs.

I had done all as it has to be done. So, that is not the point as it happens only when I upgrade elementor plug-in only. If I do a clean install it works well, if I go to page editing it looks ok, but in production, all images disappear. Especially the room ones. Maybe there is a call that blocks a feature of three.js and it can be the reason, I don’t know. As I said, sure I’m not under your support anymore, but maybe this kind of bug can easily be avoided even for other clients as personally, I like really much the theme in itself.

As I said, is not about functionalities but security, and this theme is buggy about updates. If that is your way to push on assistance, I’ll suggest changing the path.

So the issue you had isn’t relate to the theme. You might want to try to disable all 3rd party plugins to see if it fixes the issue.

Technically all our demo pages are using Elementor which you can change element alignment to support RTL language from Elementor.
For other parts, you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rtl/ to support RTL languages.

We tested the theme and Motopress plugin with PHP 8.0.17 and 8.0.8
We confirmed that our theme and plugins work fine there. Please make sure all other 3rd party plugins you activated support the version of PHP you are currently using.
If this the case, then why on local host, that i updated the MAMP version and it uses php 8.0.1, the wordpress site does not load ans shows full errors for incompatibility with new php version?

I have experienced lot of loss of translation with the new 6.2 Hoteller version, using WPML plugin. It seems compatibility with WPML is no more assured. This is confirmed by WPML support. Still you continue to claim that it is ….. Is there a fix coming ?
