Hi, I am on Houzez Version: 1.8.4 and when I upload the new theme executable file in order to update the theme via WordPress and after click “Replace Current with Uploaded” the theme is updated.

The problem is that when I refresh cache and go to my site it looks different now and even when I go to some pages I read the error “there has been a critical error in this website”.

We need some custom development in Houzez theme. According to our requirements we need seperate search filters for sub-areas (children of area) in advance search filters. We have two options.

Option 1:

Right now in your theme there is only one search filter input for the area in which it show areas, sub areas, sub sub areas in the same input field. This doesn’t fulfill our requirement to make a user friendly property portal. We want separate filter for Area, Sub area, and Sub sub area (upto three levels)

Option 2:

In the second option, we can customize the same area filter search field in which it shows the label of their parent areas. For example in the attached screenshot there are 4 levels and search input filter shows labels of parents of search term at right side.

1. Child (sub-sub-area) 2. Child (sub-area) 3. Parent (Area) 4. Parent (city)

Right now in your system there is ambiguity that if two areas have the same sub-area name then we don’t know that sub-area belongs to which area. I hope you got the idea. Example Website: https://www.zameen.com/

I’m having problems with support. I’m not sure if it’s a language issue or what. Is there anyway to escalate a ticket? It’s a fantastic looking theme, but I can’t get maps to work, not on even on a fresh install of wordpress and your theme. I’m out of ideas and out of time. I’m desperate for a fix.

I migrated over a thousand listings and maps don’t work. As noted, I also created a fresh install of WP and your theme with demo data, and I’m still having problems. Any help is appreciated. I’m exhausted trying to get this theme to work. If a fresh install is having problems, I’m not sure what else I can do. I’ve even offered to pay more so I can get maps working.
