hey i noticed a error or some unwanted behavere when you tap : edit this row and set a background image that cover with center center position and background effects set to : Scroll parallax + scale effect

then on mobile view you get a white box on top you cant chance color on when you have a different color background color then white

the class: page-header-inner wtbx-parallax-capture

i have chanced color on the page settings and row settings theme settings and still get the white box on mobile view

Could you elaborate more on the issue? My wild guess would be that you activated the purchase code on your site, then reset the database and cannot register the code again on a new site?

If that is the case, please contact us using author contact form or submit a ticket on https://whitebox.ticksy.com/ and provide your purchase code – we will deactivate it from our side.

Despite the fact that we would like to help, there are two obstacles which prevent us from it. Firstly, there is no way around not having a valid support period, it’s in the user terms and licence terms. Secondly, site speed optimization is not within the scope of theme support. Theme is sold as is, and any customizations, site content or a additional extensions/improvements lie beyond that scope.

From the experience, a lot is dependent on proper image optimization, caching/CDN configuration and of course hosting provider/plan choice. Therefore the advice would be to start with checking these things first.

“Your theme (Scape Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.”

I have the latest version of your theme, and I have replaced the original theme, not the child, but nothing has changed.

This shouldn’t create any technical problems with displaying WooCommerce pages. Templates are updated from time to time, and we provide the updates to theme-modified templates together with theme updates.

Next time there is a theme update, please do bring WooCommerce templates up to date as well.

​Dear all, I install and activate your theme on the demo. ( our domain) Then I duplicate the final job to the new domain for the client and disabled the demo activation I want to active the theme on the client domain but in 2 domains it does not work and said that you already activated it on another domain

Can you please deactivate it on the demo domain and make it free for the client domain?

The way you should it is to first deactivate the purchase code on your development site (there’s a deactivation button on Theme Dashboard), then migrate the site, and reactivate the purchase code on the new domain.

Currently you should still be able to deactivate your purchase code on your development site, and after that you should be able to activate it again on the new domain.

Dear all,

Thank you for your fast reply. The problem is that in 2 domains the activation part is totally empty. there is no code and both of them now are not active and I tried to active one of them but it said in another domain it is active but it is not.

I think the problem started by Duplicator plugin – when we duplicated the website in Demo we did not deactive because we scared that all changes will disappered after duplicate  so we decided to duplicate then deactive the demo. but it seems in both now we have empty part and we can not active none of them.

I will be happy if you help us and deactive all domains that it is connected to the theme , then we can active for just client domain – they are still waiting and we have no idea what we should do

I have attached a image which shows what we see in both domains and we can not active it. but I am sure our developers actived this theme just for 1 demo domain and that’s it.

​Scape ver 1.4.3 editor hangs on launch. Today it took 4 minutes to finally launch. Prior to that it timed out in Chrome Browser with the “Code Hung” error. I have a gigibit connection.

Is there an update for this theme? Been a while and seems to be rather wonky now.

BTW your support system does not work either. Submitted ticket – recognized my email and says I have account – account pwd does not work – used forgot password – did the double verification thing – new password issued with “click here to login and change password – the click here link does not log the user in.

Losing confidence in this theme.

Looks like you are using a rather outdated version of the theme. The latest one is 1.5.4 and the last update was released 2 months ago. Please make sure you update the theme and all bundled plugins.

Regarding slow loading – please make sure your browser or system is not a bottleneck. Perhaps the page content is heavy so disabling resource-consuming browser extensions or even switching to a different browser might improve the situation.

As for the support forum – could you please send us a message using author contact form and provide your account name and email? We will sort it out for you. But make sure that you have a valid support period, otherwise you won’t be able to submit a ticket anyway.

Thanks for the reply. I had no idea the theme was updated. Typically the theme itself tells you in the themes—> appearance area. Looking again just now it indicates no update. That could explain a lot. I am always on top of updates. In this case I have TWO licenses for the scape theme.

Also Envato usually shows a version number in addition to when the themes were updated. In the case of SCAPE it shows no version number tho it does show an update “date” from January.

Maybe you guys could include version numbers in that Envato summary. It would be very helpful.

Unfortunately, we have no control over Envato Market plugin, but we will check and try to replicate the issue to understand if there is anything that we can improve on our side. Thanks!

WooCommerce products are no longer displayed individually (in carousels or grouped into categories they are seen).

Although Scape is fully multilanguage-ready theme, you will need plugin to make your site multilingual. Scape is fully compatible with WPML plugin, and if you will be using it, you will be able to use Scape’s built-in language switcher (see demo).
