I have an issue with expiry dates: I have automatic subscriptions configured to be paid by card (stripe). The payment is automatic made, so listing renews and keeps published BUT in backend and user dashboard is shown expired with negative values as: “Expiry: -2 Days”. Subscription is shown as active in backend and payment is correct but negative values for expiry are shown. I already report this issue to your support team (ticket #220262) and they said it was my hosting problem. I’ve moved to a completely new and different hosting just for this. I have a fresh install with theme without mods and I still have this problem, so I think is not only a problem of mine. Can I get any help?

Moreover, is it possible to limit the number of categories in the FES form? If yes, is it possible to do it depending on the plan the client have chosen?

With Lead form only text messages will be sent. There is an option to set the single category or multiple with a listing but number of categories cannot be set neither will pricing plan

Ok thank you. But when the customer send a lead form, does he receive a automatic confirmation email ? If yes, this email is it customizable? So I can put a link in it.

ListingPro doesn’t have any such limitation. There are other factors also affect how many listings you are able to import. For more information read this https://docs.listingprowp.com/knowledgebase/how-much-data-can-listingpro-handle/.
You can create parent-child categories and functional together or separately upon search. Further, you can set the order of categories.

Mobile version doesnt show up as expected when you inspect the theme and you see how it will show up for mobile the theme actually shows up different in reality why is that? I want the theme to show up as it was intented to show up in mobiles!

Hey i am interested in bying your Theme but is it possible under Cities to add Townships?For example Athens is a city but inside that city there are townships like Agios Dimitrios,Ilioupoli,Bironas etc etc I want when someone clicks/selects a city for example Athens to then have the choice to search by/select the township that he wants and then search for facilities in that township!

How can I disable the logo from the side menu on the mobile device, without needing the logo is duplicated, and I can’t find the option to remove this side logo on mine.

Time issue not fixed since 2.6.10.
Select Saturday but shows Friday on the front end. Select Friday but shows Thursday on the front end.
This is causing a lot of issues. Can you fix this asap?

For Listing Reviews, can users submit multiple images? I only see an option to submit a single image from the front end.
Also currently after choosing an image, a “fakepath” shows up instead of an image thumbnail. An image thumbnail (or multiple image thumbnails) would be more ideal.
If an image thumbnail cannot be shown, then replacing “fakepath” with just the filename would also be more ideal.

For the Multi-Criteria Rating, what happens if a listing belongs to several categories?
For example, let’s say I have a set of rating criteria for Restaurants, and a different set of rating criteria for Bars. What if a listing is categorized under both Restaurants and Bars? How does the rating show up?
I can’t test this out myself now because there seems to be a bug and none of the multi-criteria are showing even after I’ve set it up according to the settings here: https://listingprowp.com/whats-new-in-2-5/

Leads can only be visible to the listing owner under his dashboard inbox tab. As admin you cannot access the messages a user sent to the listing owner

If you have add listing as admin for user then you are the listing owner until the user will claim the listing and till then leads will be towards your email address and in the frontend user dashboard
